Sugarcane Leaves Smash-Field Machine’s Components Research

Sugar cane is an economic crops in south china, the sugar stalk can make into sugar and as an energy alternative, sugar cane leaves are also rich in a wealth of trace elements and can change in soil properties.But present the comprehensive utilization of sugarcane leaves is not optimistic.The traditional method of disposal is incineration and cause the resources wasted.This page analyse the key parts of 1GYF-150 sugar cane crushing machine and makes orthogonal test analysis with the relevant factors affecting the performance of the machine.This article contains the following content:(1)Introduce several software commonly used in virtual prototype design at present,summary and analysis their features, advantages and disadvantages.Mapped the major parts of sugar cane crushing machine with Proe software.(2)Analyzed the work theory of sugar cane crushing machine,and overview analysis the straight blade type,hammer claw type,Y blade type,L-type and improved features. Also analysis the rejection sugarcane leaf cutter grinding machine to field performance from the the structural design parameters of rejection knife,the knife speed,knife arrangement and their wear,the balance of knife roll,the rejction motion analysis,and other aspect.(3)Make the reliability design and analysis for sugar cane crushing machine with the optimization toolbox of MATLAB software,which includes kinds of features.Under the premise of the performance of the machinery,after optimization the quality of the knife roller reduced 27.1%.(4) Analysis the reasons of the loosening bolts,and make the force simulation analysis for the loosening of the pairs of boits.Making the conclucion that the time of largest force of bolts is the machinery works after a short time.(5) After some field experiments,we make the orthogonal test with the main factors of the impact of sugar cane leaves. And make the conclucion that the following of the main affecting factor of the pick up rate is the knife clearance from trench,the speed,tractor’s speed, the distance between the fixed blade pitch;the following of main affecting factor of the smashing is the speed, the knife clearance from trench,the distance between the fixed blade pitch, tractor’s speed.
