| Current research on grain recovery device was still at the blank stage in China. This paper described the status quo of grain device at home and abroad, and the paper performed the system analysis of three types of corn grain recovery devices that have been widely used in our country. Discussed their advantages/disadvantages and development trend; made detailed theoretical analysis to grain recovery device, as well as determined the factors and levels that influenced the recovery quality. This paper also put forward three different types of grain recovery modes which include cutting separation, cut separation and conveying separation from the perspective of recovery principle. The grain recovery device of segmented vibrating screen was designed and made a theoretical analysis. After four different types of tests, This paper verified that the disc cutter used for cutting processing could effectively improve the recovery rate and had a stable operation performance to meet the requirements of field operation.Through the above analysis and test research, the main research results are as follows:①. The systematic analysis for the three types of grain recovery devices which are widely used in China now was carried out for the first time, and this paper discussed their advantages/disadvantages and development trend respectively, performed the theoretical analysis.②. Put forward three different types of grain recovery modes which include cutting separation, cut separation and conveying separation from the perspective of recovery principle for the first time. Put forward a new grain recovery program, namely cutting the stalk, stem leaves and bracts etc. followed by the vibration recovery.③. The theoretical analysis and field experiments were carried out for the grain recovery device of segmented vibrating screen. By using the chop cutter quality test, orthogonal experimental design, optimal solution duplicate test and removed cutter contrast test, This paper confirmed that the chopping was benefit to the recovery of corn grain and met the quality requirements for field operation.④. The processing and analysis of the data obtained from field experiments have been performed, the results showed that using cutting separation method could effectively improve the recovery rate of corn grain, the recovery rate increased by15.28%on average, the optimal experimental program was A2B2C1,namely rotation speed of vibrating screen:400r/min, leaning angle of screen:10°, mesh size:15mm×15mm. |
