To explore antibacterial activity of Chinese herbal compounds to vibrio andShewanella,effect to Aquatic animals,antibacterial mechanism,and provide research-basedfor promoting and using in Aquatic animals production.The flat plate punch method wereused to determine the bacteriostatic effects of17Chinese herbal medicine on2strains ofVibrio parahaemolyticus,1strain of Vibrio harveyi,1strain of Vibrio vulnificus,1strains ofShewanella putrefaciens,1strains of Shewanella abalone,2strains of Shewanella alga.The flat plate punch method and test tube double dilution method were used to determinethe correlations of11Chinese herbal medicine and the bacteriostatic effects of3Chineseherbal compounds on8bacteria.1000.35g Babylonia areolate were divided into fivegroups randomly,control groupⅠ, tested groupsⅡ~Ⅴ,which were respectively suppliedwith Chinese herbal compounds at1/160g/mL,1/320g/mL,1/640g/mL,1/1280g/mL.Thetotal number of bacteria and its colonies constitute was measured the day before givemedicine, the day after give medicine1,3,5,7day. The content of alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and electrical conductivity was examined to erplore the antibacterial mechanism ofChinese herbal compounds to Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio harveyi,Vibriovulnificus,Shewanella abalone.Results showed:1.17Chinese herbal medicine had an different inhibition effect on eight kinds oftested strains, the inhibition effective of Galla chinensis,Armeniaca mume,Caesalpiniasappan,Pipleccellollcem clypsia Bemth was the strongest and the diameter of bacteriostasiscircle was14.44~29.00mm.6Chinese herbal medicine Folium pyrrosiae,Bruceajavanica,Fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae,Radix Curcumae Aromaticae,Isatis indigoticaFort,Dryopteris setosa had no inhibition on eight kinds strains, Folium pyrrosiae wasexcepted2.The associated drug susceptibility testing showed that Galla chinensis andEucalyptus,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Fraxinus chinensis Roxb,Armeniaca mume Sieband Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Sanguisorba officinalis,Caesalpinia sappan and Rheumofficinale Baill,Pomegranate Rind,Eucalyptus and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Rheumofficinale Baill and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Sanguisorba officinalis and Fraxinuschinensis Roxb,the relationship of this pairs to some of8bacteria were the synergy, the restwere additive effect. 3.The diameter of bacteriostasis circle of3Chinese herbal compounds to Vibrioparahaemolyticus,Vibrio harveyi,Vibrio vulnificus and Shewanella abalone was12.32~18.54mm,Chinese herbal compounds1has the strongest inhibitory effects,the MICand MBC were1/640~1/160g/mL,1/320~1/160g/mL,respectively.4.Different doses of Chinese herbal compounds1in Water play a certain role in thetotal number of bacteria and its colonies.The concentration of1/320g/mL of Chineseherbal compounds1could reduce the total number of bacteria and the number of vibrios.5.Different doses of Chinese herbal compounds1in Water play a certain role toBabylonia Areolate Link in the total number of bacteria and its colonies.The concentrationof1/640g/mL of Chinese herbal compounds1could reduce the total number of bacteriaand the number of vibrios.6.1/160g/mL,1/320g/mL,1/640g/mL,1/1280g/mL of Chinese herbal compounds1could increase the content of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio harveyi,Vibrio vulnificus andShewanella abalone alkaline phosphatase in different time.7.1/160g/mL,1/320g/mL,1/640g/mL,1/1280g/mL of Chinese herbal compounds1could increase Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio harveyi,Vibrio vulnificus and Shewanellaabalone electrical conductivity.In conclusion,17Chinese herbal medicine had an different inhibition effect on eightkinds of tested strains, the inhibition effective of Galla chinensis,Armeniacamume,Caesalpinia sappan,Pipleccellollcem clypsia Bemth was high to others. The mostrelationship of11Chinese herbal medicine to8bacteria were additive, the rest weresynergy. Chinese herbal compounds1has the strongest inhibitory effects,followed byChinese herbal compounds3and2.Different doses of Chinese herbal compounds1inWater play a certain role in the total number of bacteria and its colonies,The concentrationof1/320g/mL,1/640g/mL respectively reduce water, Babylonia areolate the total numberof bacteria and the number of vibrios.the antibacterial mechanism of Chinese herbalcompounds1was damage the structures of cell wall and cell membrane, causing anincrease in cell membrane permeability and the release of intracellular contents.
