ANAE masculine rate of blood lymphocyte, the character of licking up cell, amount of NBT-positive cell could be enhanced, after 19 days attacking, ANAE masculine rate of blood lymphocyte in negative group were remarkable compare to control group (P<0.05) ; after 26 days attacking, ANAE masculine rate of blood lymphocyte, the character of licking up cell in negative group and prevention group, amount of NBT-positive cell in prevention group were remarkable compare to control group (P<0.05) . It indicate that Chinese herbal compounds gallnut can enhance immune ability of carp,has a significant effect of preventing and curing the fish bacterial septicemia.
