All the method of fertilization except Soil fertilisation are collectively called exoroot fertilization, such as spray foliar (the following, short for SF), smear stem (the following, short for SS), inject stem and so on. Exoroot fertilization has faster nutrient absorption speed, less fertilizer, more effective, more targeted and easier to operate than Soil fertilisation, so now it is received by more and more people. Exoroot fertilization was taken on Zhongqiusucui jujube saplings, pecan nursery plants and oil-tea saplings, used two methods SF and SS, seven fertilizers including urea, KH2PO4, santongfei, lvshuangfei, gaojiagaibao,1vjiangjun and jinweita. In order to explore the effect of amino acid fertilizer and SS. Main research results were listed as follows:1The influence of different exoroot fertilization on growth of Zhongqiusucui jujube saplings(1) The blades of all the SF treatments were bigger and thinner than SS, but the blades were smaller and thicker than SS; Chlorophyll contents of all the treatments’blades showed a trend of decline, but through the reasonable exoroot fertilization could slow down the speed of it.(2) The length of all the treatments’new shoots were longer than CK, and showed the effect of SF were generally better than SS, SF0.5%urea and SF0.5%amino acid had better effects among them; The diameter of SS’new shoots were generally bigger than SF’s, SS5%KH2PO4and SS100%amino acid had better effects among them; The dry weights of all the treatment’ new shoots were heavier than CK, SF0.5%urea, SF0.8%KH2P04and SS5%KH2PO4had better effects among them; The numbers of all treatments’non-lignified bearing branch were more than CK, but the numbers of SF’s lignified bearing branch were generally fewer than Ck.(3) The dry weights of most of all the treatments’new root were heavier than CK, but the dry weights of urea and KH2PO4SF’s treatments were generally more light than CK except SF0.5%urea; Each treatment had small effect on the length of the new roots; The diameter of SS’ new roots were generally bigger than SF’s; The numbers of all treatments’ new root were generally more than CK, SS5%KH2PO4had the best effect among them. (4) Almost all of the treatments’ new root/shoot ratios were smaller than CK, especially for the treatments of SF urea and KH2PO4. It showed exoroot fertilization was better for the growth of over-ground part than underground part.(5) Principal component analysis on relevant indicators showed that all the treatments’ comprehensives effects were better than CK except SF0.8%urea, SS5%KH2PO4, SF0.5%urea, SS100%amino acid, SS10%KH2PO4, SF0.3%amino acid, SF0.5%amino acid, SS15%urea and SS20%amino acid had better effects among them.2The influence of different exoroot fertilization on growth of pecan nursery plantsThe effects of gaojiagaibao, lvjiangjun and jinweita on pecan nursery plants were not obvious, even some treatments had obvious inhibitory action.3The influence of different exoroot fertilization on growth of oil-tea saplingsAlmost of all the treatments had a better stimulative effect on the growth of spring shoots SS10%urea and SS100%amino acid had better effects among them.
