BnGOLS1is thought to play an important role in the acquisition of dessication tolerance of seeds via controlling RFOs content. We have found the combination of BnHSFA4a and the promoter of BnGOLSl. In order to study the regulatory relationship between them and the mechanism of action in the process,we cloned a full-length coding sequence of BnHSFA4a,which is acquiring from Brassica napus and went deep into expression analysis of BnHSFA4a gene through semi-quantitative PCR and nuclear localization technology.and then construct two over-expression vectors and two antisense recombinant plasmids using a full-length coding sequence of BnHSFA4a,which is acquiring from Brassica napus,then develop a genetic transformation system fitting for our material. It is laying a foundation for following study. |
