Tea production from labor-intensive to technology-intensive, from hand pluck to mechanical harvest is the mainstream of the world tea industry development. Through years of development, china’s bulk tea mechanization harvest achieved significant results, on this basis to further explore the quality tea mechanization harvest. But the existing tea plantations, tea plucking machine and technology applied to the quality tea picking is unrealistic. In this paper, through the use of foliar fertilizer to adjust for the growth of quality tea raw materials to make tea new shoots germination and tidy, understand the appropriate time to match the mechanical harvest and improve the quality tea materials of fresh leaves. Through the comparative analysis of tea bud density, growth characteristics, leaves yield and tea contains substances under the control, at the same time using chlorophyll fluorescence analysis technology of tea shoots fluorescence properties and on the behavior of buds, tea quality matter content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters for the regression analysis. The result showed as follows:1. After using four kinds of foliar fertilizer, tea new shoots sprout density all have varying degrees of increase, of which KaiPuKe foliar fertilizer treatment germination highest density. Bud density as follows:KaiPuKe> amino acid solution>ShengTian foliar fertilized>urea aqueous solution>CK. Four foliar treatment of one bud two leaves tea shoots of the bud weight and length is significantly higher than CK. The highest yield per unit area is KaiPuKe, which is44.0g/m2.2. Internode length is different, the KaiPuKe foliar fertilizer processing tea new shoots first internodes longer than other processing, which is in turn ShengTian foliar fertilizer, amino acid solution, urea aqueous solution. KaiPuKe, ShengTian foliar fertilizer, amino acid solution handling of internode growth rates were0.35cm/d,0.31cm/d,0.32cm/d. After four nutrition fertilization has a great influence of ETR and EQY after, KaiPuKe foliar fertilizer and amino acid solution can stimulate tea new shoots more photosynthetic reaction center on the original the capture efficiency of light energy and electron transfer rate, improve the PS Ⅱ reaction centers open degree, high quantum yield. Nutrition treatment trials compared with the CK, qP showed a trend of rise, NPQ showed a trend of decrease, and the obvious difference with the period advance. It shows that tea foliar nutrition can increase PS Ⅱ reaction center oxidation state, the proportion of the QA and PS Ⅱ reaction centers open part of proportion, improve the ability of photosynthetic electron linear transfer, reduce the dissipation of excitation energy by the photochemical process.5. From those processing fresh leaves biochemical component test results can be seen that the four kinds of foliar nutrition fertilizer treatment compared with controls, the tea water extract, tea poly-phenols, amino acids, caffeine content has the varying degree increase. Nutritional treatment of ratio of poly-phenols and amino acids than controls, reach the significance level.6. Through the analysis of tea bud characters, the contents of the regression of chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics to establish the optimal regression equation, variables in the regression equation of the multiple correlation coefficients were greater than0.9except the amino acid. The dependent variable and independent variables are significantly related. This suggests that the buds characters and is close to the matter and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics inherent to the tea. Photosynthetic characteristics of impact on the dependent variable is ETR and EQY of tea contains material influence factor are basically identical.
