Mechanical harvesting of fruits, there are two ways: one is vibrating, the other is contact.Vibrating mechanical harvesting mainly used for nuts or fruit which processing methods aredeep processing for candied, dried fruit, canned, etc. Contact mechanical harvesting (machinehand) is mainly used for the fresh fruit which requires smooth fruit surface, such as tomatoes,grapes, etc.The vibrating mechanical harvesting of fruits divided into three ways: pneumaticvibration-fruit harvest, continuous vibration-fruit harvest, percussive vibration-fruit harvest.Continuous vibration-fruit harvest is a harvest way which sever fruits from the correspondingbranch through the excitation force of certain frequency is applied to the fruiting branches,The fruit branch reciprocating due to coerced force, Because of the fruit having a certainquality, there is relative motion between the fruit and branch. During the inertia force isgreater than the binding force between fruit stalk and branches, the fruit is thrown.Completed the separation process of the stalk and the corresponding branches.When putting to use the continuous vibration-fruit harvest, it has a direct relationshipbetween fruit abscission rate and vibration parameters of the set. In the harvesting process toensure the higher fruit mining net rate and lower fruit trees damage avoiding coming years’output is to be affected, the appropriate excitation parameters of the harvesting process Iscritical. The basic research of the continuous vibration-fruit harvest on mechanism be able toprovide a theoretical basis for optimizing the excitation parameters, It is also theory referencefor other performance indicators of the vibrating fruit harvester.This article has tested subjects of White apricot of Luntai County of Xinjiang and Amatapricot of Yengisar County of Xinjiang; according to continuous vibration-fruit harvest wayaccomplished the harvesting process; A cantilever-C chuck clamping the lateral branch;Based on the high-speed camera technology acted a research method; As Phantom controlsoftware for image processing tools analyzed and researched the following several questions: (1) The law of motion of shedding for apricots.(2) The impact on vibration test of fruit drop in different frequencies, different amplitudes anddifferent time.(3) The law of relative motion of instantaneous velocity between apricot fruit and branches.(4) The instant acceleration and inertia force of apricot fruit.Conclusions:(1) In the process of vibration, the branches of the vibration cycle ahead of the vibration of theapricot fruit; apricot fruit move off in curve tangent direction.(2) High-frequency and low-amplitude suitable for stubby branches, low-frequency and highamplitude applicable to slender branches.(3) The relative instantaneous velocity between apricot fruit and branches reach the maximumthe stalk radial cracks.(4) The quality of apricot fruit from10g to19g, the minimum inertial force of fruit drop vary2.145N to6.279N.
