The alcohol supernatant have high soluility protein from bioetanthol industry. when we pouring itinto the enviroment,There will be caused serious pollution and wasted resources. The treatmentprocess has shown a high costs and low efficiency, the difficaulty in handing thealcohol wasterwater.By use the alcohol wastewater fermented straw feed, some remarkable advantages are known far. Atfirst, the experiment was discussed safety and fermentation quality assessment of alcohol wastewaterfermented corn stover. Second, the aim of this study was to determine the chemical composition, rumen degradation parameters of alcohol wastewater fermented corn straw. Third, this experimentwas conducted to determine the effects of alcohol wastewater fermented corn straw onperformance of Chinese Holstein dairy cows. Specific researches are as follows:Experiment1The experiment was discussed safety, quilty and nutrition content of alcoholwasterwater fermented corn stover.Mold toxin is the main factor that influences the quality of corn processing industry by-products.The results showed that the flatnxins, zearalenone, ochratoxin and vomitoxin content were5.52ppb,475.81ppb,2.12ppb,0.35ppb. All kinds of mold toxin content of alcohol wastewaterfermented corn straw were security. The fermentation quality of alcohol wastewater fermented corn straw by the experimentalmethod. The result showed that Ammonia/Nitrogen was6.19. The medium score ofAmmonia/Nitrogen indicated that the protein had not been a lot of decomposition in thefermentation process. The experiment was commmented on the fermented qulity of alcoholwastwater fermented corn straw include pH value, ammonia N concentrations/total N and thecontents of organic acid. Then, by Fleig evaluation, the silage was higher than the alcoholwasterwater fermented corn stover, and the score of the two feedstuff was73.0and73.0.The results showed that the Ash content of fermented corn straw was lower21.02%thansilage(P<0.05).It had significantly higher contents of CP, EE and NDF than corn straw and cornsilage (P<0.05) and much lower contents of NDF and ADF than silage(P<0.05). The NDIPcontents of fermented corn straw is much higher than corn straw and silage of97.62%and82.42%(P>0.05). The ADIP content increased according to the order of silage, corn straw and alcoholfermented corn stover(P<0.05).The ADIP content of alcohol fermented corn stover was thehighest in three feed stuff(P<0.05), and between corn straw and silage with no significance(P>0.05).It was concluded that fermenting the corn maize with alcohol wastewater could improve itsnutritive value and partially be similar to corn silage. Experiment2The ruminal degradation parameters on alcohol wastewater fermented maizestraw.Three chinese hostein cows with similar condition, parity, age and lactaion time calculated therumen. It used nylon technology appraise the alcohol wastewater fermentation corn straw. Theruminal72h disappearance rates of DM, CP, NDF and ADF in fermented corn maize wereremarkably higher than that of corn maize (P<0.05), and were similar with corn silage with theexpectation of72h disappearance rate of NDF. The effective degradations of DM, CP, NDF andADF were46.93%,58.35%,36.41%and36.01%, respectively, which were much higher than cornmaize. And the effective degradation of CP was lower than corn silage and the potential parts of CP,NDF and ADF in fermented corn maize were significantly higher than corn maize (P<0.05).Experiment3Effects of alcohol wastewater fermented corn straw substituted for corn silageon performance of dairy cows.Forty Chinese Holstein dairy cows at mid-lactation with the same age were chosen andrandomly divided into two groups in three periods (30%replacement,60%replacement and100%replacement).. The cows in Group I was fed the basal diet supplemented with30%(Period1),60%(Period2) or100%(Period3) replacement of alcohol fermented corn straw for corn silage, and thecows in Group II was fed basal diet supplemented with100%corn silage. The result showed thatthe fermented corn straw had higher contents of CP, NDF, NDIP and ADIP than corn silage. Drymatter intake were increased by9.45%(P<0.05) when cows were fed60%fermented corn strawreplaced for corn silage and milk yield was not altered (P>0.05); while milk yield was declined by12.05%(P<0.05) when cows were fed100%fermented corn straw replaced for corn silage andwithout any changes in DMI. Milk composition (percentage) was not altered by the treatments. However, milk protein yield was increased by4.65%and other nutrient yield were decreasedsignificantly when cows were fed100%fermented corn straw replaced for corn silage. And it was also concluded that partly replacement (30%or60%) of alcohol wastewaterfermented corn straw for corn silage in dairy diets could not impact on cows’ performance. In conclusion, The alcohol wastewater fermented corn straw is a safety, nutritive value andpartially be similar to corn silage. The effective degradation of nutrition as similar as the silage. Itwas also concluded that partly replacement of alcohol wastewater fermented corn straw for cornsilage in dairy diets could not impact on cows’ performance and dairy content.
