Recently, for combines, farmers not only limit to the functionality of the harvest, drivingcomfort has became an important factor in consideration of the overall performance for combineharvesters. Compared to aboard, ergonomic applications seldom in the field of agriculture athome. The application of ergonomics in the field of agriculture will become an inevitable trend.Based on the display and control device and the standard sitting driver human model, the drivingadaptability and ergonomics of the combine harvester control cab is analyzed in joystickoperation, control panel reach ability analysis and driver vision simulation. The analysisdemonstrates the driving adaptability of the combine harvester control cab in a satisfied way.(1) Optimize the design of the H-point. Combined with the operating characteristics ofcombine harvest and the human H-point as the reference point of the cab layout and sittingcomfort, manipulate portability and vision spaciousness to design. Established body posturemathematical model and application LINGO software, writing programs optimized H-point.(2) Rational distribution of instrumentation components. The introduction of improvedTOPSIS method in the combine harvester components arranged applications. Combines switchbutton, manipulate the elements, the light elements, as well as instrumentation components forthe order of importance to sort, and as a theoretical basis for the rational distribution of the cab.(3) Design and layout of cab manipulating components. Reference to the domestic andinternational combines ergonomic design methods, design and layout combines seats, steeringwheel, dashboard, pedals and joystick components.(4) CATIA human-computer simulation analysis. Using CATIA ergonomic analysis module todesign the cab driver sitting console reach ability and vision simulation analysis, validation caboverall layout reasonable.(5) Subjective and objective comparative experiments. Before and after improvementcombines the driving comfort of subjective and objective comparative experiment to verify thedegree of improved cab comfort.
