| In recent years,a hat-trick of corn harvester industry is on the way.Corn machineon the market doubled growth every year.In terms of this phenomenon,the point ofview that"The high-speed rail era of the corn harvester begins"is revealed in theexchange of a lot of people both inside and outside the industry, this attitude is thereflection of a strong confidence for corn harvester industry.In China,the expansion of corn acreage and the growth in demand for cornharvester are the important factors to the promote the development of cornmachine.Corn gradually becomes the major one of the three largest acreage crops.However,relative to the machine yield of wheat by97%and rice by70%,33%of theyield of corn machine is insignificant.Thus, the space of the demand for corn harvesteris quite substantial.Rural labor force dwindling seriously affected the healthydevelopment of China’s agriculture.So to develop the corn harvester industryvigorously is an important guarantee for China’s agricultural development.The northeast provinces corn planting area accounts for one-third of the cornacreage.Therefore, many of the domestic corn harvester manufacturers goal to investin the northeast region.But, due to the different civil planting form inside shanhaiguanpass,the machine to the northeast later there will be a "water and refuse toobey".Even in the northeast provinces, cultivation methods are quite different amongthe various regions.Therefore, the design of the corn harvester has become an urgentneed to adapt to the northeastern region.This paper designed a4YZ-2self-propelled corn harvester, calculated itsharvesting part and walking part,checked the strength of the key parts,analyzed andcompared the structure of several four-wheel drive structures adapt to the northeasternregion.This paper mainly completed the following several aspects:(1)Summarize the present domestic agricultural policies and present status of cornharvest machinery, determined the goal of this article research.(2)Determine the overall design scheme of self-propelled corn harvester, theharvesting part of various key parts of the structure size has carried on the theoreticalcalculation,select the type of the engine of the walking part,front axle,rear axle.UseInventor software for checking of the strength of key parts.(3)By comparing several different arrangement of four-wheel drive solutions, theideal structure which is suitable for the northeast area is obtained.(4)The orthogonal test is used to determine the ratio between the pull stem rollerspeed, the working angle of the cutting table, the machine forward speed and dial wochain speed,to obtain the optimum harvesting effect and provide theoretical basis for design personnel and peasants.(5)Use Autodesk Inventor software to analysis the finite element and the modal theof transshipment box which is the core part of the entire machine,ensure the strengthto meet the job requirements.(6)In this paper,the design of4YZ-2self-propelled corn harvester machine andits key components provides a theoretical basis to further optimize the machine,shortens the development cycle, reduces development costs and improves the marketcompetitiveness of this machine. |
