Research On Evaluation Of Performance Of China Animal Health Inspection

The reform of system of organization of veterinary administration of china was promoted since2005, and everything was steadily carried on. Administrative law enforcement was acted by China Animal Health Inspection (abbr. CAHI), the responsibility of the function of the animal antiepidemic, the quarantine of the animal and its products, the safety supervision of the animal products and the administrative enforcement of law were accepted by CAHI, this agency was regarded as the more complete and scientific Veterinary system. The quality and effect of the operation of CAHI were measured by the evaluation performance of CAHI, the international connected evaluation performance of CAHI which is proceed from China’s actual conditions should be built at the right moment as asignificant measure of the administration of animal health activity, prevention,control,extinguishment of animal disease, maintenance of veterinary public health security.The subject is one part of Agro-scientific Research in the Public Interest.The background,system content,evaluation method,main function of OIE tool for the evaluation of performance of veterinary services(abbr.PVS) were systematically researched, and my study is based on the research. Many domestic indeed situations was researched, the current situations of CAHI of our country were thoroughly known, the differences of veterinary agency standards between CAHI and PVS were compared, the differences between current agency evaluation method and PVS were analysed, the index and component which were established in building evaluation performance of CAHI were emphatically analysed, and finally, the train of thoughts and structure of evaluation performance of CAHI of our country were put forward. At the same time, the establishment evaluation performance of veterinary system of our country should be based on the building evaluation performance of China Animal Health Inspection.
