In order to solving the problems that there are difficulties in sowing, emergence and seedling protection caused by spring drought in Qingshuihe county of Inner Mongolia, the study using311-A fitting saturated optimum regression design to study the effects of PAA. PAM and supplementary water capacity on the seeding growth of maize, soil characteristics and yield, then establishing the quadratic polynomial model. It revealed the effects of the three on drought resistance and seedling protection, provided theoretical basis and technical support for the drought resistance and seedling protection in this region. The results are as follows:1PAA, PAM and water injection can increase emergence rate and total dry matter, and the emergence rate increased by14.7%at most, the total dry matter increased by96.4%. Through the simulation and optimization, when the application of PAA, PAM and supplementary water capacity were3.84kg/667m2.34kg/667m2and0.304L/point. so the highest rate of emergence of seedling was96.3%.2The soil water content of0-20cm soil layer in different treatment showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. And in different treatment the soil water content in different growth stage all higher than the CK. and this showed obviously in elongation stage, and the best increased62.8%than that of CK. Compared with CK, in all the growth stage, the soil water content of every treatment all maintained in a high level, and the variation was slowly, it was little effected by rainfall and evaporation.3The combined effects of PAA, PAM and supplementary water capacity can increase soil microbial biomass C. soil microbial biomass N, soil invertase, soil catalase and soil urease activity. In filling stage, compared with CK. the soil microbial C increased22.4%-70.6%. soil microbial N increased10.7%-33.3%. Soil invertase, soil catalase and soil urease activity increased1.5%-42.1%,53.4%-118.9%,35.0%-50.5%.4The combined effect of PAA, PAM and supplementary water capacitY can improve crop yield. Through the simulation and optimization, when the application of PAA, PAM and supplementary water capacity were3.4kg/667m2.4kg/667m2and0.302L/point. the corn yield can reach the biggest of523kg/667m2...
