| The poison baits spraying machine is a good structural performance, can be specified the location and quantity of poison baits spraying. The poison baits emission system is the core components of the poison baits spraying machine which composed by the poison baits-metering device and pneumatic conveying system. The outer Geneva wheel has good universal, and pneumatic conveying can realize evenly and large area spraying poison baits. The overall structure performance of the poison baits spraying machine is good, but not to do qualitative research for the main parameter index. So this paper to do qualitative research on the main parameter index that influence the poison baits emission system, such as displacement, damage rate, spindle pulsation, the spindle torque, the lowest speed of air blower and the spraying quantity of unit area. Concluded as follows:1) By changing the spindle speed and the effective working length to measure poison baits displacement. The tested results show that displacement with the change trend of the spindle speed and the effective length is relatively stable when the effective length is20,26,32and38mm.2) By changing the gap of the shell and Geneva wheel to measure the damage rate of poison baits is the smallest when the gap of the shell and Geneva wheel is0.5mm, and the main forms of damage is fragmentation.3) Poison baits displacement of each Geneva wheel will produce weightlessness with spindle rotation, will cause spindle pulsation. By changing the spindle speed and the effective working length to determine that the drop speed of poison baits is almost not affected by the effective working length, but will increase with the increase of spindle speed, so spindle pulsation will be more serious more serious when the spindle speed become larger.4) Establish the orthogonal experiment of the spindle speed, the effective working length, and the gap of the shell and Geneva wheel. The tested results show that the main factors to affect the spindle torque is the spindle speed, followed by is the gap of the shell and Geneva wheel, and the last is the effective working length.5) Adjust the speed of air blower to observation motion situation of poison baits, to measure that the lowest speed of air blower is2200rpm, that poison baits were take out successfully.6) The spraying quantity of unit area of the prototype far greater than the actual demand, will be reduced if the speed of air blower is reduced. However, the spraying quantity of unit area was still higher than the actual demand when the speed of air blower to achieve the rated value. |
