In order to meet the demand of egg integrative grading by the appearance quality and weight, a simple weighing device for egg integrative grader was designed to eliminate the error aroused by using image processing to detect egg weight based on the machine vision system.1. According to the requirements of egg weighting and grading,the realization method of eggs quality detection of synchronous weighing process was given.And weighing grading mechanical system and manufacturing were designed in the test prototype. Test results showed that mechanical system could operate normally,grading device weight could meet the desired requirements of eggs weighting and grading online.2. According to the requirements of eggs chamber-oriented system.. Eggs chamber-oriented mechanical systems was designed and manufactured. Test results showed that the device’s maximum operating efficiency was3014per hour while the chamber-based approach to the single row of eggs,.3. The egg weighing device consists of a load cell and display controller. It could display the detected egg’s weight. And it could improve the system operator’s convenience. The eggs weighing system error is0.9778%, The error range±0.7g was much smaller than the image processing method of error±3g.4. To make the eggs weighing and grading system for better coordination, Geneva mechanism was used in the weighing classification system which made the eggs turn smoothly to the conveyor chains’ board from the weighing device. Eggs weighting grading and chamber-oriented devices achieved the stability of the eggs weighting,sorting and chamber-oriented features in the paper.The impacts of weighting accuracy and egg collecting effects which determined the system efficiency were analyzed. It provided basis for accurate graduation of eggs weight and the theory research of the chamber-oriented svstem.
