| The technology of variable spray for the target is an important part of the smart plant protection. It meets the requirements of precise spray. There is important theoretical meaning and practical value to develop sustainable agriculture suited to Chinese national conditions. In the paper, variable spray control system for the target is designed combining variable spray and target spray. It implements variable spray for the target according to the presence of spraying target, the size of the target and walking speed of spray machine. Therefore, the control system solves the precise spraying of pesticides on crops, especially, automatic precision spraying on crops.In the thesis, research contents and results are as follows:1. Determine the overall program of variable spray control system for the target. The system combines MCU and machine vision. That is, the system control the flow by controlling stepper motor to drive ball valves and control the opening and closing as well as the length of the turn-on time by controlling the solenoid valve based on MCU.2. Design hydraulic circuit of variable spray device for the target and the hardware circuit of control system. Select the main components of the hydraulic circuit. AT89S52microcontroller as the core, connect the microcontroller processing module with variable control module, the detection module, communication module, keyboard input module and alarm indication module.3. Complete the software design of variable spray control system for the target. Host computer selects the GUI for interface design. The software design of host computer includes image acquisition module, interface module and communication module. Microcontroller selects C language for programming design. The software design of MCU includes microcontroller main program, the variable control subroutine, detection subroutine, communication subroutine, keyboard input subroutine and alarm indication subroutine.4. Carry out experiment and analysis of variable spray control system for the target. Complete experimental platform structures, experiment of the control effectiveness and performance of spray system. Ultimately, it concludes host computer and MCU are in good working condition and each module works properly. |
