This article on the high prevalence of tobacco mildew during storage in Xuzhou area of investigation, concluded that lead to warehousing of tobacco mildew causes in Xuzhou. Through analysis of mold microorganisms of tobacco leaves, found19fungal strains, systems of dimethyl fumarate in Xuzhou area antimould effect, while integrated conservation techniques were mildew, pest control and other aspects of the application, the main findings are as follows:First, on the high prevalence of tobacco mildew during storage in Xuzhou area surveys, Xuzhou tobacco warehouse in6-September is a period of high incidence of mildew, regulation of temperature and humidity on mildewing of tobacco leaves and environment and conservation techniques are closely linked.In the second, from the warehouse in Xuzhou mold tobacco19isolated fungal strains, mainly for Penicillium, Aspergillus, Mucor, Rhizopus, etc, caused by these fungi have a strong mold.Third, based on previous research, through experiments proved that dimethyl fumarate (DMF for short) in the tobacco warehouse results in Xuzhou, final determination of fumaric acid dimethyl ester is suitable for effective fungicide in Xuzhou, tobacco warehouse in Xuzhou area in conservation work can play a good role of mildew.Four, apply fungicides based on comprehensive maintenance technology, the Suppression of tobacco leaf mould and control of storage pests while promoting the leafs natural neuro-specific enolase, integrated conservation technology is an effective, actionable new tobacco curing technology.
