The Xinjang River is the one of the "five rivers" in Jiangxi, the drainage area of14,886square kilometers, accounting for8.92%of the total land area of Jiangxi Province.For a long time, due to the irrational exploitation of forest resources utilization, resulting in the Xinjiang River basin serious damage to forests, soil erosion has brought huge economic losses to agricultural production, greatly affected the people’s living standards and economic development. In this thesis, the middle reaches of the Xinjiang River basin Guifeng Town, Yiyang County, and Zhu Keng as the study area to carry out the ecological degradation of vegetation recovery and ecological building social support systems research. The results showed that:①Taken in Yiyang ecological degradation Camaldulensis×Masson pine×Locust mixed、Liquidambar×Schima×Masson pine mixed、Schima×Masson pine×Betula luminifera mixed and Elliottii×Schima×Liquidambar mixed four modes to restore vegetation eight years later, the soil physical and chemical properties are significantly improved.Mode to restore the forest soil bulk density than the control group, but no significant difference between each mode. Mode to restore the forest soil moisture content or less in the same soil layer; each level of the soil organic matter, total nitrogen content were higher than control. Camaldulensis×Masson pine×Locust, Liquidambar×Schima×Masson pine, Schima x Masson pine×Betula luminifera, Elliottii×Schima×Liquidambar four recovery patterns of soil organic value content the averagecontrol the group2.54、2.14、2.17、2.3times the total nitrogen in the average control group1.47、1.41、1.2、1.32; Different vegetation restoration patterns on soil in varying degrees to improve the role of soil properties in the conversion to the benign, From the overall effect of improved soil, Camaldulensis x Masson pine x Locust mode to improve the effect of soil fertility.②Four recovery mode, the average understory vegetation cover, number of vegetation species, vegetation Margalef richness index, and vegetation ecological advantages such as indicators than the control group, The understory vegetation Average Simpson index, the Shannon-Weiner diversity index and Pielou index is lower than the control group. From the overall effect of four kinds of understory vegetation biodiversity recovery mode has been markedly improved.③Ecological construction of the social support system, state and local government departments on ecological construction in terms of policy, economic, technical and management gave strong support, but there are forestry policy may not be implemented to support the effect is not obvious, supervision and poor management and populationby the education level is not high, and the corresponding implementation and propose countermeasures.
