Species diversity, flora diversity and relationships between seasons and forest vegetations in the Guanmenshan national forest park of Liaoning province were studied systematically in this paper.More than540specimens were collected, and218species were identified. According to morphological classification,218species belonged to106genera,46families,16orders and6classes. Among them,206species from3classes,12orders,38families,96genera belong to Basidiomycota;12species from3classes,4orders,8families,10genera belonged to Ascomycota. There were28new record species in Liaoning Province. The diversity catalogue of these218species was arranged according to Dictionary of Fungi (tenth edition,2008), and the voucher specimens were deposited in the Herbarium of the Mycological Institute, Jilin Agricultural University (HMJAU).The results of the flora diversity indicated that there were rich fungi floras in Liaoning Guanmenshan national forest park. Tricholomataceae, Russulaceae, Agaricaceae, Strophariaceae, Polyporaceae and Marasmiaceae, with103species,47.25%of the mount of macrofungi in Liaoning Guanmenshan national forest park, belonged to the families which were not less than10species. Nine genera which contained more than5species,64species in all, and occupied29.36%. Cosmopolitan species and North Temprate Latitudes species were main distribution species and occupied71.56%, Temperate-Subtropical, tropical species and Eurasian species also had many species, and occupied18.35%. The results of flora similarity comparison indicated that fungi flora of Liaoning Guanmenshan national forest park was the most similar to the Changbai mountain’s, was less similar to Daqinggou nature reserve and Xiaoxinganling than the former, and was further than Xiaowutai Mountain.The relationships among macrofungi diversity, forest vegetations and seasons were studied. Vegetation of Liaoning Guanmenshan national forest park was classified into Type Ⅰ, Type Ⅱ, Type Ⅲ, Type Ⅳ. In the different plant communities, the index of species richness (R) and species diversity(D, H’) were Type I> TypeⅢ>Type Ⅱ>Type Ⅳ, Pielou index in different plant communities were Type Ⅲ>Type Ⅳ>Type Ⅰ>Type Ⅱ. The results showed that Macrofungi diversity were greatly related to plant community of Liaoning Guanmenshan national forest park. The studies of seasonal variation showed that the majority of macrofungi occurred from May to October, and the number of Species increased gradually from May to August. It reached its peak in August, then decressed.
