Aeroponics is a technique that roots of plant fully exposed to the air andcultivation method on water and nutrient demand by atomization gas. Aeroponics iseffective to get rid of the shortcomings of traditional soil cultivation and solve the gasenvironment of rhizosphere and supply sufficient oxygen, efficient utilization ofnutrients and water. It is the main development trend of future agriculture cultivationwithout soil. The nutrient solution formula selection is the key of high yield and highquality with aeroponics. There are same disadvantages of soil cultivation, such asserious diseases, appear replant obstacle, long growth cycle and so on. But usingaeroponics technology can solve these problems. At present, the traditional soillessculture nutrient solution formula is used for aeroponics. These traditional nutrientsolution formula were made of large number of nitrate nitrogen, thus not onlyproduction costs are high, but the effect is not very ideal, also management difficulty isgreater, affect the nutritional quality of aeroponics plant seriously. This article takespotato tuber spring4as the research object to research the nutrient solution preparationtechniques of growth stage and late growth period with aeroponics. Testing thephysiological indexes and the index of growth and development of potato plants, thencompared the test results, selection of optimal nutrient solution formula. In the hightemperature and weak light, low temperature and weak light environment, differentkinds of detecting aerosol treatment conditions of potato plant physiologic index andthe detection results were compared, to observe the growth of potato plants, to evaluatethe pros and cons of nutrition liquid. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) The experiment in early growth period of potato with aeroponics show thatearly growth index showed significant difference between groups, potato plant offormula3growth was significantly higher than other formulas, differences ofphotosynthetic pigment in groups were not significant, the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein content showed significant difference between the groups, thedifference between root activity significantly, growth at the beginning of eachphysiological index of potato showed that Formula3is better than of other formulas, various indexes were significantly improved compared with the original formula, thatthe most appropriate ratio of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium was1:0.26:1.49.(2) At late growth stage of potato with aeroponics, index detection results showthat plant height, stem length, leaf area of Formula4were significantly higher thanothers, stem diameter of Formula3was higher than others; root growth condition, performance of tuberization, blossom characteristics of Formula1was significantlyhigher than other formulations; photosynthetic pigment determination results showedno significant difference between the groups; showed a unimodal curve, the content ofsoluble sugar of Formula4increased rate was10.39%, and then decrease rate was66.67%, the content of soluble protein increased rate was6.45%, decreased rate was26.87%, root activity of Formula1increased rate was8.44%, decreased rate was 19.26%. For this experiment, root activity directly influence the performance at lategrowth stage of potato, so the optimal performance of Formula1; Formula4rootactivity is lower than that of the original formula, Formula3was the most unfavorabletest. From the whole formula effect better, that the most appropriate ratio of Nitrogen,Phosphorus, Potassium was1:0.32:1.29.(3) At early growth stage of potato with aeroponics, under the experimentalconditions of the high temperature and weak light, low temperature and weak lightenvironment, that the most appropriate ratio of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium was1:0.26:1.49.(4) At late growth stage of potato with aeroponics, under the experimentalconditions of the high temperature and weak light, low temperature and weak lightenvironment, that the most appropriate ratio of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium was1:0.32:1.29.
