In order to understand the genetic diversity of Macheng black goat, and correlation with heterosis, wehave selected10microsatellite markers that were located on different chromosomes and with highpolymorphism, also comparion with Boer goat. Combined with the performance results of their hybridoffspring, this thesis discussed genetic correlation of population information and heterosis. The resultswere followed:1、 The175alleles were found in10loci, and all the loci had more than9alleles in each breed. Themost alleles was23in BMS1591, the second was22in BM3413and BM143, the least was10inOarHH35. The effective number of allele was6.4-18.1, which was1.6-8.1reached to observednumber. The highest gene frequency was0.2391of95bp allele at the OarAE101in Boer and of100bpallele at OarAE101in Macheng black goat, the second was0.2377of76bp allele at BM1329in Boer,the lowest was0.0027of135bp allele at BMS2508and of150bp allele at OarHH55in Macheng blackgoat.2、 The PIC of10markers were more than0.95, those were highly polymorphic markers and hadplenty genetic diversity, the highest PIC was0.9969of BMS1591from Macheng black goat, thesecond was0.9957of BM143from Macheng black goat, the lowest was0.9757of OarAE101fromBoer. The Ho of10markers were0.6167-0.9844and the He were0.8441-0.9446, the average He ofBoer and Macheng black goat were0.8940and0.9067, they were highly heterozygous marker andhighly heterozygous breed.3、 The body weight and size of hybrid between Boer and Macheng black goat were improved0.32%-30.06%than that of Macheng black goat, the largest increase was29.80%in birth weight, thesecond was26.79%in3month weight, the minimum was0.61%in6month body length. The highestrate of heterosis was3.05%in3M ram weight, the second was2.5%in3M ewe withers height, thelower were ewe weight in6M and birth cannon circumference, which were-4.17%and-3.33%. Onthe whole, the rate of heterosis was higher on body height and chest girth, reached0.51%and0.21%,the lower was-1.38%on weight.4、 The genetic distance between Boer and Macheng black goat was0.3795, that was consistent totheir geographic distribution, also related to the heterosis. The result showed that is feasible to predictand analyze the heterosis using microsatellite markers.
