Select the3-year-old107poplar in hilly sloping fields and hilly plains two diffe rent sites as study object in Sichuan Province Guanghan City Lianshan Town Shuan gquan Village.Designed nine different fertilizer treats:Treat1,Nitrogen fertilizer(T1N0.25kg);Treat2,Phosphate fertilizer(T2P0.15kg);Treat3,compound fertilizer(T3Fo.25kg);Treat4,C hicken manure(T4G1kg);Treat5,Nitrogen fertilizer and chicken manure(T5No.25kgG1kg);Tr eat6,Phosphate fertilizer and chicken manure(T6P0.15kgG1kg);Treat7,compound fertilizer and chicken manure(T7F0.25kgG1kg),Treat8,Nitrogen fertilizer Phosphate fertilizer and chicken manure(T8N0.125kgP0.75kgG1kg);Treat9,control(T9CK).Subscript stand for fertiliza tion levels. Regarded raising chicken in hilly plains as a special treat,Treat10,(GG).S tudied the number change of the three soil microbial groups:Bacteria Fungi Actinom ycetes and the activity change of the four soil enzymes:Catalase acid Phosphatase Sucrase Urease in107Poplar sapling stand with different fertilization treats.In order to provide a theoretical basis for rational fertilization of107poplar in hilly area i n Middle Sichuan Province. The main conclusions are as followed:(1)Both in hilly sloping fields and hilly plains two site, the number of soil mic roorganism shown as Bacteria>Actinomycetes>Fungi; and as the soil depth increasin g the number of Bacteria, Actinomycetes, Fungi and total microorganism have show n a decreasing trend within20cm soil depth. Compared with the control the differ ent fertilization treats did not change the soil microorganism vertical distribution dis cipline of the soil microorganism.(2)Both in hilly sloping fields and hilly plains two site, with the soil depth inc reasing the activity of the four soil enzymes Catalase acid Phosphatase Sucrase Ure ase shown a diminish trend within20cm soil depth. Compared with the control the different fertilization treats did not change the vertical distribution discipline of the soil enzymes(3)Both in hilly sloping fields and hilly plains two site, all the different fertiliz ation treats have increased the number of the three microorganism groups compared with the control. The different is that in hilly sloping fields site, the number of t he three soil microorganism group increased most in Treat7(Fo.25kgG1kg) The number of bacteria increased by116.8%than CK, the number of fungi increased by400%than CK, the number of actinomycetes increased by158.6%than CK, and the thr ee treats are very significantly difference with CK.(p<0.01).(4)Both in hilly sloping fields and hilly plains two site, Catalase acid Phosphata se Sucrase Urease activity have been improved in all fertilization treats more or les s.In hilly mountain, the activity of Catalase and acid Phosphatase increased most in Treat1(N0.25kg),the Catalase activity increased by83.19%than CK, the acid Phosph atase activity increased by193.47%than CK. The activity of Sucrase increased mo st in Treat8(N0.125kgP0.75kgG1kg), increased by151.8%than CK. The activity of Ureas e increased most in Treat6(P0.15kgG1kg), increased by500%than CK; In hilly plains the activity of Catalase increased most in Treat1(N0.25kg), increased by53.44%than CK.The activity of Sucrase increased most in Treat2(P0.15kg), increased by163.91%than CK.the activity of Catalase increased most in Treat1(N0.25kg), increased by53.44%than CK.The activity of acid Phosphatase increased most in Treat2(P0.15kg),increa sed by163.91%than CK.The activity of Sucrase increased most in Treat6(P0.15kgG1k g),increased by214.6%than CK, The activity of Urease increased most in Treat10(GG),increased82.65%than CK.(5)Both in hilly sloping fields and hilly plains two site, there was a very signif icant negative correlation between the number of bacteria and soil pH(p<0.01),the n umber of bacteria has very significant positive correlation with Total N,Hydrolysable N,Available P,Available K (p<0.01),the number of actinomycetes has a very signifi cant positive correlation with the Total N(p<0.01);in hilly sloping fields site the nu mber of actinomycetes has significant positive correlation with Total N and Availabl e P(p<0.05).In hilly plains he number of actinomycetes has significant positive corre lation with Total N,(p<0.05),in hilly sloping fields site the activity of acid Phosphat ase has very significant positive correlation with Total N, Hydrolysable N, Available P, Available K (p<0.01), in hilly plains the activity of acid Phosphatase has signi ficant positive correlation with Total N, Hydrolysable N, Available K (p<0.05).In hil ly sloping fields site the activity of Sucrase has very significant positive correlation with Total N, Hydrolysable N, Available P, Available K (p<0.01);In hilly plains th e activity of Sucrase has significant positive correlation with Total N, Hydrolysable N(p<0.05)Both in hilly sloping fields site and hilly plains the activity of.Urease ha s very significant positive correlation with Total N, Hydrolysable N, Available P, A vailable K (p<0.01).That in the hilly area of central Sichuan province, the number of soil microorganism and soil enzymes both have close relationship with soil nutri ent.(6)Both in hilly sloping fields and hilly plains two site, the aboveground bioma ss of107poplar has been significantly increased compared with CK in one year gr owth period. In hilly sloping fields site the aboveground biomass increased most in Treat7(F0.25kgG1kg),increased997,2%than CK, that Treat7(F0.25kgG1kg) is a better fert ilization choice among the9treats, followed by Treat5(N0.25kgG1kg),Treat2(P0.15kg)only use Phosphate fertilizer is the worst treat. In hilly plains site the aboveground bio mass increased most in Treat5(N0.25kgG1kg),increased199.4%than CK, that Treat5(No.25kgG1kg) is a better fertilization choice among the9treats, followed by Treat10(G G),Treat2(P0.15kg)only use Phosphate fertilizer also is the worst treat.
