Study On The Trial-producing And The Quality Of Tea-cigarette

The chemical composition of the tobacco is very complex.the content of the cigarette smoke contains3800kinds of compounds, which contains nicotine, Tar, benzopyrene, carbon monoxide, nitrosamines, aldehydes and so on. The nicotine, carbon monoxide, nitrosamines, BaDou hydrocyanic, aldehydes are harmful to the human body, which bring about various kinds of disease and cancer of respiratory system, the digestive system and cardiovascular system.however, the tea contains various bioactive substances, which include tea polyphenol, vitamin, tea pigment and so on. these bioactive substances are healthy to the human body. Columbia University has proved that the tea polyphenols are useful to detoxify the tobacco.the Chinese Tobacco Monopoly Bureau proposed the "Chinese style hybrid" cigarettes, which is based on tobacco as main materials, Chinese herbal medicine or other plant extracts are added as the auxiliary materials for the production of the new manufacture process through the cigarette. About the application of using tea in the cigarette industry, currently we in order to reduce the nicotine and Tar mainly use the tea polyphenols or other functional component as cigarette spices, and use the powder of tea as the material in filter. In this study, it mainly about trail producing the tea-tobacco and the quality of the tea-cigarette, the results are as follows:(1) trial-producing the tea-cigarette, when the ratio of tea and tobacco is15%, the intrinsic chemical composition are in line with the mainstream smoke of cigarettes standards requirements.The contents of nicotine and Tar deceased1.42mg/cig～2.06mg/cig.Only the sensory quality of tea-cigarette is lower than cigarettes.(2) Using the different concentrations of tea polyphenols agents as the cigarette additives,study on the the influence of cigarette.The results showed that:the different concentrations of tea polyphenols have the different effects of the quality of cigarettes.when the ratio of tea polyphenols agents are2%,3%, The contents of nicotine and Tar deceased1.42mg/cig～2.06mg/cig. It increased the aroma of the cigarette, increased the ability of holding the fire, reduced the harmful substances. the excessive concentration may increase the contents of nicotine and Tar, impacted of the quality of cigarette.increase the hazard to human health.(3) To explore the method of improving the quality of tea-cigarette, as results, using the acid to treatment the materials.adding the fragrant agent and combustion improver to improve the qulity of tea-cigarette.this method enhances the score from86to92,the score of thecomprehensive quality of tea-cigarette is from28.6to48.6. improving the quality of the characteristics to comform to the indicators of the mid-range cigarette.(4) comparing the useful of the tea and its functional components in reducing the harm of cigarette. The tea polyphenols and other substances help the tea to reduce the content of the nicotine and Tar. The tea polyphenols has the small impacts on the smoking quality of the cigarette.
