Focusing on high quality tobacco leaf production and effective utility of excellent ecological resources in Pu’er, the integrated thechnology of tobacco leaf production was studied and demonstrated, including seedling nursering, optimum transplanting date, precision fertilization, diseases and pests control, reasonable baking etc., the results are as follows:1. Tobacco Seedling technical regulations was consummated and tobacco seedlings qualities was improved effectively.2. Proposed the properly early transplanting technique of flue-cured tobacco at low-latitude and low-altitude district of Pu’er, in order to extend a longer growing period.3. Flue-cured tobacco-specific compound fertilizer formulations for different ecological districts were determined, the master recipe:N, P2O5, K2O proportion5-8:9-12:14-20, ammonium nitrogen and denitrification nitrogen ratio50%:50%or60%:40%, basal and topdressing ratio70%:30%or60%:40%.4. It was made clear that main pests control should be "Five diseases, two insects: tobacco mosaic-like virus disease (CMV, TMV), brown spot, wildfire, black shank, root knot nematode disease, tobacco brown spot Aphidius, tobacco budworm. The integrated control technology was established.5. As for baking techniques, appropriate airflow-decreasing horizontal intensive barn and its adaptable baking process should be adopted in the coming future. |
