In this paper, we conducted the safety evaluation for a new prebiotics-Yeast-Avermectin product in the mice experimental model, which include acute toxicity test, ectopic test sperm and male mice teratogenicity test. In order to explore the application of Yeast-Avermectins in growing pigs clinical production, we selected about240pigs which are randomly divided into five treatment groups, named accordingly Control group, antibiotic group, test group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ,there will be six times for one test in each group and eight pigs fot one time. In the control group,we fed pigs with the basal diet; For antibiotics group, we fed the basal diet which added300g/t1%nosiheptide of western peptide and300g/t10%Sulphate;For group Ⅰ,groupⅡand Ⅲ,we fed pigs with the basal diet added0.1%,0.2%,0.3%prebiotics respectively. This test is plan for examining the impact of Yeast-Avermectins on the growth performance of pig production, diarrhea rate, blood biochemical parameters and fecal microbial, to provide a theoretical reference and basis for the development and application of prebiotics product. Research results show that:1.Acute toxicological tests showed that Yeast-Avermectins will not cause adverse reactions in the signs of mice, behavior, activities, hair color, diet and excrement. There was no significant difference in body weight compared with the control group(P>0.05);The Hepatosomatic, spleen volume ratio were have no significant change, Pathological changes were not found in the histological examination of major organs such as the liver and kidneys, so we can preliminarily determine that the use of Yeast-Avermectins are non-toxic;2.The ectopic trials showed almost no anomalies in the major organs of mice, included the heart, liver, kidney and gastrointestinal, lung. The organs of the mice cultured on MRS medium does not appear colonies of bacteria implied that there was no bacterial ectopic phenomenon;3.In sperm teratogenicity test, compared cyclophosphamide positive group with three prebiotics groups and control group, the sperm distortion was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P<0.01); Compared with the negative control group, three Yeast-Avermectins groups of sperm abnormality rate difference were not significant (P>0.05), imply that the Yeast-Avermectins have no teratogenicity effect on mice sperm; 4. In this study, the daily diets which had supplemented with Yeast-Avermectins can significantly improve average daily gain in growing pigs (P<0.05), and increased daily feed and lower feed conversion rate trends (P>0.05), shows that Yeast-Avermectins can improve the production performance of growing pigs to a certain extent, the result was consistent with previous studies;5.In this study, compared with the control group, the diarrhea rate of experimental group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲwas significantly lower (P<0.05); Compared with the antibiotic group, the diarrhea rates of test group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ have decreasing trend, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05), show that Yeast-Avermectins can reduce diarrhea growing pigs, but the effect is considerable to antibiotics;6. In this study, the diet added with Yeast-Avermectins, indicators of IgG, IgM, and TP in growing pig was significantly higher (P<0.05), the rest are have a raising trend in addition to the ALP,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05); Compared with the antibiotic group, differences of IgG, IgM, and TP in each test group were not significant (P>0.05), ALP were significantly lower (P<0.05), show that Yeast-Avermectins can improve the immunity of growing pigs, and have no toxic side effects compare with antibiotics;7. In this study, compared with the control group the diets which supplemented with0.2%and0.3%Yeast-Avermectins can significantly reduce the number of the growth of Escherichia coli (P<0.05), and increasing the number of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria (P<0.05); Compared with the antibiotic group, the diets can significantly increasing the lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (P<0.05),and reducing the number of E. coli (P>0.05), the result was consistent with previous studies.
