At present, the energy shortage problem is becoming increasinglyprominent, and vigorously develop new energy is the main direction to solve theenergy problem, China is a large agricultural country, the agricultural productionprocess generated a lot of straw and other agricultural waste, reasonable use of thispart of the biomass energy, which can effectively alleviate part of the energy problemin China. At present, China’s agricultural straw resources utilization straw fertilizerutilization, feed utilization in straw, straw base material utilization of straw utilizationof raw materials and straw fuel utilization. Straw in a lot of straw resourcestechnology of biogas technology is the best use of straw resources and a clean process.Methane fermentation bio-energy hidden in the straw in the form of biogas released asenergy use, high-quality organic fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus, potassiumand other elements in the residue and slurry, and then enter the new material andenergy cycle system, environmental pollution, and maximize the use of strawresources. With the methane fermentation bio-energy hidden in the straw can bereleased in the form of biogas as energy use. High-quality organic fertilizer containingnitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements in the residue and slurry, and thenenter the new material and energy cycle system. It has little environmental pollution,and maximize the use of straw resources.Straw methane fermentation in China mainly uses wet fermentation technology,but because of the high energy consumption of wet fermentation technology, the highcost of dry matter, and the efficiency of gas production a series of shortcomings andrural economic development and the adjustment of agricultural structure, poultry andlivestock owners to the large-scale intensive forms of development, domesticaquaculture production can be is running as a fermentation feedstock manure, strawand manure separation, restrictions wet fermentation technology to adapt the scopeand geographical. Therefore, more and more researchers turn their attention to thefield of dry fermentation technology. The late start of the domestic dry fermentationtechnology, foreign influence in municipal solid waste, straw dry fermentation is not,most of is also in recent years. Dry fermentation and wet fermentation, have a lot ofdifferent on fermentation parameters these different mainly in the total solidsconcentration of the fermentation, fermentation temperature, pH adjustment, thecomposting time, inoculation quantity. So it is necessary to dry the fermentationparameters. For straw dry fermentation technology, the use of different fermentationraw materials, the fermentation process parameters are different.Rice straw anaerobic dry fermentation progress made and problems in this studymainly focused on the more significant the impact of dry fermented factors such asalkali dose, moisture content, inoculation time, the total solids concentration, inoculation quantity and the fermentation temperature. Pretreatment and fermentationof dry two-stage process parameter optimization, and obtained optimum conditionsfor a specific study, and achieved certain results. Mainly the following aspects:(1) Select the impact of pretreatment due to, such as alkali dose, moisture content andinoculation time with the three factors and three levels of orthogonal experimentconcluded the optimal parameter combination of rice straw pretreatment: alkali doseof6%,80%moisture content was inoculated time of6d.(2) Select factors affect dry fermentation, such as total solids concentration,inoculation quantity, fermentation temperature, the three factors and three levels oforthogonal experiment concluded rice straw dry fermentation process in the optimalcombination of parameters: total solids concentration of25%, inoculation quantityshould be25%of the raw materials of fermentation, the fermentation temperature is35℃.(3) Select the four groups of rice straw, they are not optimized, pretreatmentoptimization, optimization of the fermentation process, the whole process ofoptimization of the four groups of experiments, contrasting and analysing the degreeof degradation of the components of the fermentation of raw materials for each set ofexperiments. The results showed that the highest degree of degradation of the wholeprocess of optimization of the fermentation of raw materials.(4) Research the four groups of not optimized, pretreatment optimization,optimization of fermentation, the whole process of optimization of gas production,cumulative gas production, methane content, the COD concentration of thefermentation of feed solution and the pH changes.
