The Effect Of Rice Straw And Content Of Moisture Of TMR On Circumstance Of Rumen And Digesrion

The length and moisture of coarse fodder directly influence the commix and intake of TMR.Appropriate length and moisture of coarse fodder can enhance the quality of TMR,advoid ingesting selectivity,reform the enviroment of rumen and improve the rate of digestive fodder.The experiments were carried out to study effects of different length and moisture of coarse fodder in TMR on rumen ferment and digest rate to provide acdemic basis for empolder TMR.Three YanBian bat-fuzz sheep fitted with permanent rumen fistula were chosen to study.Treatments were designed as a 3^*3 Latin square.pH,ammonia nitrogen,xylanase,CMCase,urea nitrogen and digest rate were determined.First,the effect of length of rice straw on circumstance of rumen and digestion.Three groups were determented by the length of rice straw,it were group crush rice straw-group A,group1-1.5cm rice straw- group B,group 3-4cm rice straw-group C.The results showed that pH was lowest at 3h,group A was lower significant than other two(p＜0.05),and then come back gradually;The pH of group A was lower than other two in 9h,but it was insignificant,and group C was highest;consistence of NH₃-N was reverse to pH.Group A was higher significant than group B and group C at 3h and 6h(p＜0.05).Capacity of CMCase was lowest at 3h,and then come back gradually.Group A was lower than other two;capacity of Xylanase was highest at 3h,and then come back gradually.Group A was lower than other two in 9h;Quantity of infusorian was group A＜groupB＜groupC in 9h but it was insignificant.The results of total feces collection method showed that the digestibility of DM CP EE were reduced when rice straw length was reduced,group C was higher significant than other two(P＜0.05).Second,the effect of content of moisture on circumstance of rumen and digestion.It is the same except content of water in TMR(group 12%moisture content - group A1 group 35%moisture content - groupB1 group 50%moisture content - group C1).The results showed that pH was lowest in evidence at 3h after feed and then come back gradually;groupA1 was lowest then other two,but it was insignificant in groups;NH₃-N was reduced with increased of concent of water,but it was insignificant in groups;consistence of NH₃-N was reverse to pH,it was highest at 3h and then come back gradually;capacity of CMCase was lowest at 3h,and then come back gradually;Group A1 was lower than other two at 3h,Capacity of CMCase was showed that group B1＞group C1＞group A1;capacity of Xylanase was highest at 3h,and then come back gradually. GroupA1 was lower than other two in 9h;quantity of infusorian was group B1＜group C1＜group A1 in 9h,but it was insignificant;The results of total feces collection method showed that the digestibilit of groupA1 was lower than others in DM CP EE Ca P execpt CF,but it was insignificant. It was insignificant on concent of blood serum Urea-N.
