During2010and2011, local cultivars Yunyan87as test materials,Research of the tobacco demonstration base on different bud suppression measureson tobaccosprout inhibition effect, the variation of botanical characters, photosynthetic characteristics, carbon and nitrogen metabolism and otherphysiological and biochemical indicators and the quality of cured tobacco. field trialsin2010-2011in the National Quality Gold Leaf Park, Fangcheng County, NanyangCity, Henan Province, The initial formation of the main conclusions are as follows:1. The study of Sprout inhibition effect and botanical charactersFor the Sprout inhibition rate and sprout inhibition effect of flue-cured tobacco, the weight of the fresh buds of different sprout inhibition treatment in the five periodswas significantly lower than the control. Sprout inhibition effect to the T5treatment,homemade and home-made on the3rd cup of cream application methods followed.Different sprout inhibition of sprout inhibition rate was significantly higher than thecontrol treatment, homemade chemical sprout inhibition agents and sprout inhibitionof tobacco plants sprout inhibition has a great impact. Overall, T5treatment deal withthe dome of botanical characters better, T6and T4followed. With the advance of timeafter topping, the tobacco leaf area index for each treatment showing a rising trend T5,T6followed.Sprout inhibition dose of tobacco plants after topping application, the root andstem dry matter accumulation showed a higher upward trend in the application ofsprout inhibition dose6d and the use of maleic hydrazide agent22d compared to rootdry matter accumulation has doubled. T5treatment role the continuous growth of theTobacco Roots, T6and T4treatment followed. T5treatment of dry matteraccumulation for tobacco leaves the greatest impact, significantly improved the drymatter weight of the tobacco.2. Effects of planting density on diurnal changes of photosynthetic characteristics influe-cured tobaccoT5treatment performed better photosynthetic rate in other periods were higherthan other treatments, indicating that the T5, sprout inhibition treatment effect on thephotosynthetic rate of the tobacco plant to reduce process to prevent. Followed by T6 treatment. With the advance of time after topping, the net photosynthetic rate intobacco showed a decreasing trend. But with different sprout inhibition deal withdifferent intensity, the reduction of the net photosynthetic rate of tobacco showeddifferent degrees of slowdown. Transpiration rate of the tobacco plant, tobacco plants, stomatal conductance and net photosynthetic rate of the more consistent trends.3. The study of C and N Metabolism in flue-cured tobacco leafDecapitation and the use of sprout inhibition dose of the amylase activity of thetobacco plant has a great impact, good performance to deal with the T5and T6.Tobacco converting enzyme activity showed a single peak curve, the processing isfirst increased and then reduce. T2and T5treatment on the tobacco plant, theaccumulation of carbon-containing compounds have a good role to ensure the fullconduct of the tobacco plant carbon metabolism.Through the processing of different bud suppression measures can improve thedegree of nitrogen metabolism of the tobacco, tobacco nutrients into the level. Moreconsistent with the general tendency of the two parts of the tobacco TN, are showing acertain amplitude decreased over time. Different treatment in different periods ofdecline is not consistent, T2, T4and T6treatment9d after topping the highest rate ofdecline, while T3and T4treatment12d after topping the highest rate of decline, T5treatment after topping15d when the highest decline, indicating that the T5treatmentcan maintain the strength of the tobacco leaf nitrogen metabolism.4. The study of flue-cured tobacco antioxidant systemThe study of SOD, MDA, CAT, POD, PPO, and PAL, flavonoids and totalpolyphenols at different times in tobacco plants that sprout inhibition treatment caneffectively improve the antioxidant system of defense of tobaccoability to slowdown the aging of leaf tissues and cells is of great significance.5. The impact on the tobacco chemical composition and aroma componentsApplication of maleic hydrazide agents and using different methods of sproutinhibition can effectively reduce the nicotine content and total nitrogen content ofthe upper leaves of tobacco potassium chlorine as appropriate, can improve thecoordination of the intrinsic quality of the tobacco. T5, total aroma components issignificantly higher than other treatments. Phenylalanine class degradation productof browning reaction products, degradation products of carotenoids, aromasubstances of neophytadiene five categories are T5and T6treatment content ishigher than the control treatment. 6. The impact on Economic traitsThe survey showed that sprout inhibition of tobacco production has increased, the output value increased, the proportion of upper-middle-smoke someimprovement through the processing of tobacco plants sprout inhibition dosemeasures economic traits. T6treatment of production, and significantly higher thanthe control treatment, the yield increased by7.93%. On the medium tobacco ratioamong treatments were higher than CK, which deal with the highest T2, T5handlingsecond.
