In this system, the highbrightness white LED was used as light source, Side Light Hollow Systemã€nanometerLGP (light guide plate)ã€Nutrients recycling systems were adopted, the working timeand illumination intensity were controlled by the control system. In this experiment,the Spathiphyllum and Anthurium were used as experimental materials, compared theEnergy-Efficient cultivation with the traditional matrix culture, discussed the effectsof the different cultivation methods on the growth of Spathiphyllum and Anthurium,and proved the practicalityã€high efficiencyã€energy saving of the LED lighting systemfor landscape plant hydroponics in the production of ornamental plant in culture.1. The LED lighting system for landscape plant hydroponics the high brightnesswhite LED as light source, use the Side Light Hollow System, use the of nanometerLGP (light guide plate), and scattered the light on the cultivation floor, controlled theillumination intensity and Nutrients recycling by the control system, achieved theinnovation of Intelligentã€low energy consumptionã€hight efficiency in the productionof ornamental plant in aquatic culture.2.The LED lighting system for landscape plant hydroponics on the growth ofSpathiphyllum and Anthurium, the results showed that:In the LED lighting system for landscape plant hydroponics, the plant heightã€Leaf numberã€leaf lengthã€Root numberã€root length of the five different Spathiphyllumand Anthurium were better them in the traditional matrix culture. Analysis from themorphological parameter, the Energy-Efficient cultivation system is better for thegrowth of the plants than the traditional matrix culture.The results of the freight weigh and dry weight were opposite with the result of the morphological parameter. The whole fresh and dry weightã€above ground freshand dry weightã€roots of fresh dry weightã€whole plant dry matterã€aboveground drymatterã€root dry matter content of the five different Spathiphyllum and Anthuriumwere better than them in The Energy-Efficient cultivation system. However, there arejust few differences between matrix culture and water planting. According to theanalysis, the difference might be the ways of cultivation. one is cultivated in nutrientsolution.another one is cultivated in matrix culture. We got to know from the survey,the water content of Spathiphyllums and Anthuriums in aquatic environment is morethan which are in matrix culture.But it doesn’t mean matrix culture has moreadvantages in accumulating the Spathiphyllums and Anthuriums.In the culture of the LED lighting system for landscape plant hydroponics, thephotosynthetic rateã€Transpiration rateã€Chlorophyll contentã€Root activityã€Solublesugar contentã€Soluble protein content of the five different Spathiphyllum andAnthurium were higher than that in the raditional matrix culture. There are enormousdifferences between water planting and matrix culture. In a word, the Spathiphyllumand Anthurium under the culture of the LED lighting system for landscape planthydroponics were better than them in the raditional matrix culture.3.
