To grasp the impact of fertilization on Apricot for growth, yield and quality. Through the test material was8years of Luntain Amerniaca Vulgaris with the way of hole storage fertilizer and applied to different ratios of N, P and K fertilization. Explore different ratios of N, P and K fertilization of Luntain Amerniaca Vulgaris root growth, foliage growth, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, leaf spectrum characteristics, yield and quality, the results showed that:1.Different ratios of N, P and K fertilization can increase the total root length by68.64%~194.57%, increase root surface area by41.20%~184.63%, root dry weight can increase by8.71%~163.45%, and the above three indicators derived the greatest impact on the root growth of N:P5O2:K2O was0.6:1.0:0.6kg/plant(TR5).2.Fertilization compared with routine management, new shoots length increased by19.04%~51.55%, new shoots stem diameter by5.32%~12.17%, leaves chlorophyll by7.97%, shutter heavy by4.44%~32.66%, leaf area by0.01%~33.55%, leaf area index by11.74%~118.22%. The comprehensive available that fertilization treatments N:P5O2:K2O was0.6:1.0:0.6kg/plant (TR5), N:P5O2:K2O was0.9:0.5:0.6kg/plant (TR7) and N:P5O2:K2O was0.9:1.0:0.2kg/plant (TR8) to the development and growth of greatest effect.3.Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of mean, F0maximum is CK, Fm maximum is N:P5O2:K2O was0.3:0.5:0.2kg/plant(TR1), Fv/F0and Fv/Fm maximum all are N:P5O2:K2O was0.9:0.5:0.6kg/plant (TR7), minimum mean of CK. F0and Fm the change showed an ’increase-reduce-increase’, Fv/F0and Fv/Fm showed a gradual downward trend.4.Different periods of the spectral reflectance in the visible and near infrared region have shown ’low-high-low’ trend, the whole measurement period, with the time, the existence of significant differences in band width narrowing, but all were in the green light area exists significantly difference, according to the difference as a sensitive band of the period of fertilization.5.With the time, N and P content decrease with increasing leaf age, K content increased with leaf age increase showing ’low-high-low’ trend; N content all treatments exist significant differences, P and K exist very significant difference; their relevance description of N and K have a synergistic effect, while N and P, P and K exists antagonism; N, P, K and400~655nm showing a positive correlation, and655~1100nm showing a negative correlation; N, P, K and F0showing negative correlation, Fm and N showing negative correlation, but showing positive correlation of P and K, Fv/F0and Fv/Fm showing a positive correlation with the three nutritional elements.6.Different N, P and K ratios compared with routine management, showing that single fruit weight increased by10.6%-35.9%, yield by16.0%~214.6%and can improve the fruit quality, increase the soluble solid by9.3%~30.5%, vitaminC by18.5%~46.1%, total sugar by8.8%~36.8%, and reduce the total acidity by19.5%~46.4%.the indicators improve more obvious is the effect of N:P5O2:K2O was0.9:0.5:0.6kg/plant (TR7), so different N, P and K ratios fertilizer to improve fruit yield and the intrinsic quality of fruit.7.Fruit yield and quality as an important indicator to evaluate the optimum amount of fertilizer N:P5O2:K2O was0.9:0.5:0.6kg/plant(TR7), and fertilization rate for2.0kg/plant. Compared with other treatments, chlorophyll content, Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, spectral characteristics, yield and quality indicators are better, new shoot growth, the leaf area, root growth are moderate.
