Currently, forestry and fruit industry has become one of the most important industries for economic development in Xinjiang, the contradiction of forest fruit planting scale unceasing expansion and the lack of labor is increasingly outstanding. Although there are some fruit machinery in the market, most of them are traditional operation machine that with simple structure and single function, can not meet the demand power of forestry and fruit industry. The multi-function working machine introduction from foreign that technically are more advanced, but due to the regional adaptability, it can not play its original level. In addition, the machines introduction from foreign are expensive, most farmers have not the purchasing power. Therefore, it is necessary that develop a new type of multifunctional working machine with high efficiency, multiple functions, can be adapted to the local forest fruit planting model to satisfy the power demand of forest fruit industry development. Before the beginning of the study design, we have done a lot of research to the varieties of fruit trees and planting patterns in XinJiang, with the exchange to farmers, first we affirmative the market prospect of the multifunctional working machine, then according to the farmers need to determine the job function of multifunctional orchard working machine. On the basis of consulting massive correlation datas, we mainaly done the folloeing study:First, we choose a representative block to analysis of the soil. Primary analysis of soil compaction, soil water content and soil bulk density. According to the experimental data, the soil average solid degree is0.365MPa, soil water content is25.5%, and the soil density is1900kg/m3. According to the test datas, choose a adapt to the soil materials for processing design. Analysis the key parts of digging part and ditching part in the pairs of multifunctional operation machine. Mainly analyzed the ditching portion of the tensioning device, hanging soil regulating device, the body part and ditching chain type structure and working principle; for the digging part of the overall structure and the design of the drill pipe is studied in detail analysis. To the stress condition of the ditching and digging working components, we have did detailed analysis. Through a lot of theoretical analysis and calculation, to determine the stress condition of the study object in this topic. According to the calculation results, the ditching chain working resistance is350N, and the ditching machine needs2.04kW of power to support normal work; the bit part of the digging machine requires308.07N-M to support normal work, and the power is2.51kW. Complete the assembly, to the overall performance, we have done the actual test. Through field, the conclusion is that, the ditching and digging function of the multifunctional operation machine achieve the desired purpose, and the outline dimensions accords with the forest fruit planting pattern.
