In this paper, taking the grass carp as study object, in the different breeding mode grasscarp hepato-hepato-biliary syndrome epidemic survey, then based on it to carry on researchof the affect to grass carp hepato-hepato-biliary syndrome on different feeding volumes.Aims to reduce emergence of grass carp hepato-hepato-biliary syndrome in the epidemicseason of grass carp hepato-hepato-biliary syndrome with controlling of feed amount, so asto improve the survival rate of breeding grass carp.Through to investigate the disease situation of grass carp hepato-hepato-biliarysyndrome under five different cultivation modes in JiangXi province and FuJian provincefound that grass carp hepato-hepato-biliary syndrome were found in different cultivationmode, occured in all growth stages of the grass carp. The epidemic season ofhepato-hepato-biliary syndrome of breeding grass carp are mainly from August to October,the epidemic season of hepato-hepato-biliary syndrome adult grass are mainly in April toMay. Hepato-hepato-biliary syndrome occurs mainly in the cultivation mode of highdensity, high yield and high feed, the occurrence of hepato-hepato-biliary syndrome areclosely related with feed quantity.The tests took full feed rate as standard, designed three groups are100%full feed and80%full feed and60%full feed. Through comparing mortality of hepatobiliary syndromein the three groups, analyzing the effects of different feed quantity of grass carphepatobiliary syndrome, investigated the impact of different feed volume of grass carphepato-biliary syndrome. The results showed that strengthening feed has brought more fatto grass carp, strengthening feed has transform synthesis excess quality protein and sugarinto fat. When these fats delivered to the liver, if not transport out in time, will beaccumulation in the liver caused in metabolic disorder, which may lead to hepato-biliarysyndrome. Along with increasing feed, the mortality of the hepato-biliary syndromeincreases rapidly, the symptoms of grass carp hepato-biliary syndrome become moreobviously. The motralit\of grass carp hepatobiliary syndrome is as high as17.5%in100%full feed group, the symptoms of grass carp hepato-biliary syndrome is obvious, and the liver and gallbladder of60%full feed group is normal. So this may suggest: in theepidemic season of grass carp hepatobiliary syndrome can control feed to reduce occurs ofthe hepatobiliary syndrome, improve the purpose of the survival rate.
