| People and livestock manure compost is made and avariety of plant residues mixed after fermentation, microbialdecomposition into an organic fertilizer. The nutrient rich, can notonly change the good citizens of soil structure, but also can improvethe soil fertility. The addition of an effective microbial flora, can notonly improve the composting efficiency, shorten the fermentationcycle, but also improve the quality of compost.This paper mainly uses the dilution method of separation fromthe feces of livestock and poultry in the separation and purification of17strains of bacteria,6strains of actinomycetes. These strains basedon starch, protein, fat, cellulose and other macromolecular organicmatter biodegradation tests, screening of6strains with strongdegradation of macromolecular substances ability of bacteria,3strains of actinomycetes. The9strains were antagonistic test, foundthat the strains are symbiotic relationship.Will filter out the efficient mutual no antagonistic strains wereinoculated into the pile of material, temperature, pH value, watercontent, organic matter content, C/N, seed germination rate of severalindicators based on changes of compost, whole process monitoring,and the establishment of composting effect contrast. Compared withthe control group, inoculation of actinomycetes and mixed bacterialstrains of compost, reach maturity time was shorter, and the maturityeffect also obviously surpasses the comparison group. Therefore,microbial inoculation can promote composting.The morphological characteristics and cultivation characteristicswere observed, and physiological and biochemical identification ofbacteria and actinomycete, conducted a preliminary identification. InChicken Manure Aerobic Composting Process of the main effect ofstrains of bacteria were Pseudomonas, bacillus, Staphylococcusaureus, Proteus and Cray Borrelia bacteria of the genus.Actinomycete strain of Nocardia, Streptomyces, high temperature Actinomyces.Through to the livestock and poultry manure novel biologicalorganic fertilizer on rape growth in the laboratory and in the field theeffect on rice fertilizer efficiency experiment, can be seen inlivestock and poultry manure biological organic fertilizer fertilizerefficiency has significant effect.The innovation point of this paper is applied to the compoststrain isolated in the fertilizer, organic matter content increasedsignificantly, there is conducive to plant growth. By reading theliterature and ordinary compost organic matter content in general canreach30%or so, in this paper the application of isolated strains ofcompost fermentation experiment, organic matter content reached41.2%. Adding effective microbial strains for fermentation, the effectis good. |
