China's fruit production and planting area has been ranked first in the world for a long time,,bananas,peaches,kiwi planted in the forefront of the world.The banana,peach,kiwi are very popular with the Chinese people as these three kinds of fruit is rich in a variety of minerals and vitamins.Due to geographical restrictions and limited production and storage technology,a large number of bananas,peaches,kiwi are rot each year,.The most serious problem is in the long-distance transport process and storage process.These three kinds of fruit have a large storage.And mature fruit release a lot of ethylene,resulting in a large number of fruits were ripened to rot.Especially bananas,because of the epidermis inside the cell contains an oxidase,it's extremely easy to be oxidized,resulting in the formation of dark spots.Coupled with the ripening between bananas,making it easy to rot.It is imperative that these wastes be properly disposed of by the use of suitable processes to reduce environmental pollution,especially water pollution,without any harmless treatment.In China,for rotting bananas,peaches,kiwi's approach has been to accumulate landfill based,so not only pollutes the environment,but also these useful resources are wasted.Therefore,the use of anaerobic fermentation of biogas to rational use of the way,not only can solve the problem of environmental pollution,but also increase the secondary use of waste.This paper mainly uses three waste as raw materials of anaerobic fermentation.We can observe whether it can produce biogas to determine the rotten bananas,peaches,kiwi fruits can be used as good raw materials of anaerobic fermentation under the condition of medium temperature 35 ?.Selecting the most excellent raw materials blends with different proportion of pig fermentation to fine the best ratio,so as to maximize the use of resources.The main conclusions of the paper:(1)raw material was 100 g and the inoculum was 400 g,the total gas production of banana was 7310 ml,the average daily gas production was 348 ml,the TS gas production rate was 422.06 ml/g,the VS gas production rate was 446.15 ml/g,the total amount of methane was 4447.9 ml,the average daily methane production was 211.8 ml and the conversion rate of energy source was 60.914 % under the condition of medium temperature 35 ?.(2)raw material was 100 g and the inoculum was 400 g,the total gas production of peach was 5835 ml,the average daily gas production was 291.75 ml,the TS gas production rate was 378.16 ml/g,the VS gas production rate was 392.12 ml/g,the total methane production was 2404.37 ml,the average daily methane production was 120.22 ml,and the conversion rate of energy source was 35.245 % under the condition of medium temperature 35 ?.(3)When the raw material was 100 g and the inoculum was 400 g,the total gas production of kiwifruit was 5970 ml,the average daily gas production was 351.18 ml,the TS gas production rate was 428.26 ml/g,the VS gas production rate was 451.28ml/g,the total amount of methane was 3266.2ml,the average daily methane production was 192.13 ml,and the conversion rate of energy source was 53.962% under the condition of medium temperature 35 ?.(4)Rotten bananas,peaches and kiwis are good the raw materials of fermentation.And the rotten bananas are more suitable for raw materials of anaerobic fermentation than rotten peaches and rotten kiwis.(5)When the ratio of the mixed fermentation of the rotten banana to the pig manure was 1:1,the total gas production and total methane production were the best.At the moment,the total gas production was 39970 ml,the average daily gas production was 929.53 ml,the total amount of methane was 26577.72 ml,the average daily methane content was 618.09 ml,the average CH4 concentration 66.49 %,and the conversion rate of energy was 76.678 %.(6)When the rotten banana and the pig manure mixed in different proportions,the TS gas production rate and the VS gas production rate were increasing with the raw materials and the proportion of pig manure increasing.And it reached maximum when the rotten banana to the pig manure was 1:1.At the moment,the TS gas production rate and the VS gas production rate were 346.94 ml/g and 423.84 ml/g,respectively.
