Research On The Key Technologies Of Traceability System For Antler Products

Since the1970s, domestic and international food and drug safety problems to frequent, and the food and drug quality and safety issues has become the world’s focus of attention. In view of this, the study on the traceability system of agriculture has achieved initial success, but drugs, in particular the traceability system of herbal medicine, still at an initial stage of exploration. Antler as a representative of the rare Chinese herbal medicine, its quality and safety of the increasingly serious, and how to protect the quality and safety of Chinese herbal medicines, so that consumers understand the whole process from production to sales, and to understand their security. The research on the traceability system for antler products must to be start immediately.Currently, there are already many countries and regions on agricultural product traceability system and its associated system construction, and have achieved good results. This article first collection introduces domestic and foreign traceability experience that can enlighten our research and promotion of antler products traceability system.Second, starting from the deer breeding and deer antler products production and sales of properties, provided details on the antler product traceability system key data elements of a draft specification, and a detailed description. Which is divided into key data elements in the breeding process, key data elements in the manufacturing process and key data elements in the marketing process.Because of the valuable features of antler products as well as deer in the breeding process mobility in the research, in the breeding process in the selection of RFID tags on individual deer be identified. This paper introduces the identification schemes of Electronic Product Code (EPC) as the background basis for antler traceability system. Including a detailed description of the EPC data structure, the encoding and decoding procedures of EPC identification schemes, the EPC URI, and the EPC-URI and conversion between the EPC-URI and other EPC format.Then, the subject presents an encoding rules of traceability system for antler products, which is divided into the breeding process, the manufacturing process and the marketing process. In the deer breeding stage, we have adopted the design of RFID encoding rules, antler processing stages, we have adopted a two-dimensional coding rules design, one-dimensional coding rules designed in the sales phase of the antler products.At the end of this paper, we propose the outline design of traceability system for antler products, propose the overall technology roadmap process and Identify conversion from a deer farm-to-end product.Several draft standards that I have proposed in this research, in particular the standard of key data elements of traceability system for antler products and the draft of encoding rules in the traceability system for antler products, is not very mature. There is no specific deer farming businesses and antler processing and marketing enterprises in practice. But the traceability system for antler products provide a very good reference for further research and breeding industries and antler processing industry norms established. In addition, the establishment of the traceability system for Chinese herbal medicine with the introduction and relevant national standard specification also played a certain role.
