The study detected the parameters of uric acid, urea, creatinine, albumin and cholesterol of feminine cattle in Qinzhou which lived in differrent life style (stable raising and grazing raising) and had differrent ages and parities. We analysed the correlation among these parameters, futher more, we discussed the blood serum level of renal function of the cattle basing on the parameters, and analysed the level of sero-urea、 creatinine、cholesterol in different patity and sevice frequency.Blood samples were collected from Jugular vein of133feminine cattle (67of them lived under stable raising, and other66cattle lived under grazing raising), after separating the serum, we detected the parameters of sero-uric acid, urea, creatinine, albumin and cholesterol by using URO-PAP Mathod, urease B.Method, picric acid method, COD-CE-PAP Method and Bromine cresol green colorimetric method. According to the statistics, we used spss.17to analyse the linear correlation between age and uric acid, urea, creatinine, albumin, cholesterol, as well as the correlation of high uric acid level from25cattles with serum urea, uric acid, creatinine and the correlation of high cholesterol levels from43cattles with corresponding albumin.Among133feminine cattle,67lived under stable raising, their serumal parameters were as follow:uric acid109.7±27.22μmol/L, urea7.17±2.62mmol/L, creatinine144.3±40.88μmol/L, albumin30.85±6.70g/L, cholesterol2.60±2.19mmol/LThe other66cattle which lived under grazing raising, had the serum levels of uric acid89.04±24.77μmol/L, urea5.57±1.95mmol/L, creatinine131.5±42.38μmol/L, albumin28.60±7.25g/L, cholesterol2.56±0.96mmol/L.After comparing with the healthy parameters, The normal and abnormal distribution of the133feminine cattle’parameters (uric acid, urea, creatinine, albumin, cholesterol) were as follows:uric acid’s range:42.46~191.81μmol/L,82.80%was normal,18.20%was higher and none was lower; urea’s range:2.17~13.10mmol/L,83.46%was normal.4.51%was higher,12.03%was lower; creatinine’s range:71.98~331.48μmol/L;79.70%was normal,14.29%was higher,6.02%was lower; albumin’s range:10.91~60.10g/L,66.17%was normal,15.04%was higher,18.80%was lower; cholesterol’s range:0.10~12.68mmol/L,27.82%was normal,32.33%was higher,39.85%was lower. The linear analysis between age and uric acid, urea, creatinine, albumin, cholesterol and were as follows:r=0.911, P=0.011; r=0.948, P=0.004; r=0.877, P=0.022, r=-0.935, P=0.006, r=0.635, P=0.137.<0.05。The linear analysis among serumal uric acid、urea and creatinine were as follows:r=-0.105, P=0.652; r=0.088,P=0.704. The linear analysis of cholesterol and albumin was r=0.046, P=0.77. The statistic results of parity with the urea, creatinine, cholesterol were:0.01<P <0.05,0.01<P<0.05, P>0.05. The statistic results of sevice frequency with urea, creatinine, cholesterol results were:0.01<P<0.05, P<0.01,0.01<P<0.05.In this study, the renal function parameters from majority of133feminine cattle was within the normal reference range, only a few of them is lower or higher. The life styles has certain influence on the parameters of serum uric acid, urea, creatinine, albumin and cholesterol. The average parameters of serum uric acid, urea, creatinine, albumin, cholesterol of67feminine cattle in stable raising were higher than the other66grazing raising feminine cattle; the age of cattle had a positive correlation with uric acid, urea and creatinine, but had a negative correlation with albumin; there was no statistical significance between the age and serum cholesterol concentration (P=0.137>0.05). Non-linear correlation existed between the cholesterol and creatinine, as well as between the uric acid and corresponding urea, creatinine. There were significant differences in the parameters (urea, cholesterol and creatinine) between the mating number. The higher urea, cholesterol levels and lower creatinine level made cattle have less successful mating number. There were significant difference in serum urea and creatinine levels between different parities, but no difference was observed in cholesterol level.
