| Today buffalo milk’s nutritive value has attracted increasing public attentions, and by consuming buffalo’ milk it also relieves the insufficient of milk source in the southern region of China. Milk quality decline has been paid attention, In this thesis, elaborates some blood biochemical parameters and milk composition change from the hot and humid environment or postpartum abnormal metabolism.Test one:In this experiment, THI ranges from78.8to86.0and the test began in the early September. For the sake of testifying whether the high THI has an impact on physiology and production of milking buffalo or not, we used physical cooling to allivating heat stress of milking buffalo, and then determined blood biochemical index and milk components. According to the mate experimental method, Eight Murrah and NiliRavi buffalos are chosen respectively at random, and divided into two groups:Experimental group (EG) includes buffalo had a bath in normal temperature tap-water for30minutes before milking, and they were in the wind-circumstance (under electric fan) during all the experimental time. Control group (CG) includes buffalo taken no measures. This experiment lasted21days and the sampling interval was10days and three samplings. The blood plasma concentrations of GLU〠K+ã€ASTã€ALTã€NEFAã€TLã€TCã€TGã€ALBã€TPã€DBILã€TBILand milk components of MPã€MFã€LA were detected during the experiment. Experimental results indicated that the blood biochemical parameters and milk composition of EGã€CG groups had no significant difference before the trial (P>0.05), except the TL level of EG group was differently higher than that of CG group (P<0.05). As the experiment continues, K+of EG group was lower markedly (P<0.05), ALTã€GGT showed a significant decreasing trend, the variations of other indexes were smaller because after physical cooling in EG group, the heat stress status was alleviated quickly, but it also accelerated the organization matabolismã€glycogen consumption and lipolysis as the result of releasing the body inhibitory action by cortisolã€T3ã€T4and somatotropin in milk, finally the body heat yield was increased multiply and then counteracted the effect of physic cooling, heat loss was basically remained on the stage. The experiment showed that high THI has a little effect on some blood biochemical parameters of milking buffalo such as K. It needs to continue to study for the effect of physical cooling under high THI environment on other physiological parameters and productive performance of milking buffalo. Test two:this experiment studied the blood biochemical indexes (GLUã€TCã€TGã€NEFAã€TLã€TPã€ALBã€TBILã€DBILã€ASTã€ALT〠GGT), milk compositions (LAã€MPã€MF) and sequential monitoring milk yield, began after the milk bufflos postpartum2-7weeks, it was also the period of milk production peak. We aimed at explaining the effects on milk compositions when changing the blood biochemical indexes and the precursors of milk compositions, the changing regularity of milk compositions.30buffloes (10Murrahã€10NiliRavi and10hybrid buffalos) were selected in this trial, according to the average of blood glucose in general level of each sample, we divided up into three groups, hypoglycemia group (N=6, each two of Murrahã€NiliRavi%hybrid buffalos, GLU<3.38mmol/L), median group (N=9, each three of Murrah〠NiliRaviã€hybrid buffalos,3.38mmol/L<GLU<3.75mmol/L), hyperglycemia group (N=9, each three of Murrahã€NiliRaviã€hybrid buffalos, GLU>3.75mmol/L). Experiment results showed that GLU of the hypoglycemia and median groups had the consistent trends of dynamically and slowly rising. GLU of the two groups was very significant positive correlated with TCã€TPã€ALB (P<0.01); a bit negatively correlated with TLã€TG in statistical, but was not significant (P>0.05). ASTã€ALT are two kinds of transaminases which are very crucial for animals, they play very important roles in synthesising the nonescential amino acids and protein catabolism. Therefore the activities of ASTã€ALT in plasma can show the conditions of protein synthesis and catabolism, AST is very significant positive correlated with TPã€ALB in statistical (P<0.01), ALT is significant positive correlated with TP (P<0.05) and very significant correlated with ALB (P<0.01).After postpartum, the requirements of glucose are increased for the bufflos and the concentrations of glucose in plasma is lower, then the metabolism of protein and lipid will be changed, that also alter the precursors of milk compositions indirectly. The study showed that lactose was rising during2~7weeks after postpartum, the second week of hypoglycemia and median groups were significant lower than that in seven week (P<0.05). The milk protein had a downtrend during2~7weeks after postpartum, and it decreased smaller from5week to7week, and the milk protein of hyperglycemia group were significant higher than that of median group (P<0.05); the influence to milk fat were not significant. |
