The purpose of this paper is better to slow the aging process of green asparagus andimprove its appearance and nutritional quality, in view of the physiological and quality changesin the process in the fresh-keeping of asparagus. The effects of asparagus storage with1-MCP,6-BA and film packaging combined with low temperature study, and the change of theappearance quality and environment nutrition of green asparagus in different precooling,transportation and sales were studied.The asparagus was fumigated with0.5μL/L,1μL/L and1.5μL/L concentration of1-MCP48h in1-0°C, in the (0±0.5°C) storage, coat0.02mm PE film, with not fumigation as CK. Toexplore the influence of vitamin C, chlorophyll, soluble solids, soluble protein, respiration,ethylene release quantity, POD activity, SOD activity and the appearance quality of asparaguswith1-MCP. The results show that:0.5μL/L,1μL/L and1.5μL/L of1-MCP can betterimprove the appearance quality of asparagus in0°C, delay the vitamin C, chlorophyll, solublesolids, soluble protein degradation of nutrients, curbing the asparagus breathing strength andethylene release quantity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity increases, peroxidase (POD)activity decline of the top and central stem of asparagus. Among them,1μL/L and1.5μL/L1-MCP deal are the best results.With10ppm,20ppm and30ppm concentration of6-BA at room temperature forasparagus10min, in the (0±0.5°C) storage, coat0.02mm PE film, with distilled water soak asCK. The results show that:10ppm,20ppm,30ppm concentration of6-BA can better improve0°C asparagus appearance quality. Among them,20ppm6-BA was the best processing.Green asparagus were storaged in the (0±0.5)°C with microporous membrane, the gasadjustment box (let the out open) and0.02PE film packaging, with no packaging as CK. Theresults show that: microporous membrane, the gas adjustment box and0.02PE film three kindsof packaging way can extend the green asparagus storage period, extended27days or more,Among them, the gas adjustment box processing is the best results.It is also studied the different precooling, transportation and sales environment of theasparagus: using differential pressure precooling was the best results. After precooling, greenasparagus using the normal temperature transportation, normal temperature storage with agenttransportation,0°C transportation,0°C,0.02mm PE film folding mouth packingtransportation four transportation methods were simulated transportation. The results show that the set of membrane0°C transportation is the best transport method. The effect isremarkable.Under the condition of low temperature membrane three days after green asparagustransportation with0°C coated sales, under normal temperature,0°C coated sales next sales,normal temperature sales four different sales methods saled. The results found that0°C coatingsales is the best way to sell.
