In new wheat product breeding process,we need to design a lot of breeding test plots, thetest plots usually only have ten square meters and even several square meters, the shortestlong only have two meters. The experimental plot seeding work is the most important link ofthe whole breeding test process, this link workload is big, labor intensity is high. the qualityof the seeding directly influence on the implementation and testing result of breeding test, Theexperiment requires sowing quantitative seeds in a limitative area evenly,can not interbreedand injure seeds,warden and breadth are requested strictly.According to the experimental plotarea small,frequently change seed, equidistance of hill-seeding,etc, design a kind of hill-dropplanter for wheat experimental plot based on PLC control.The hill-drop planter mainly makes up by rack, opening share, covering shover, presswheel, drive system, air compressor, air cylinder, vacuum generator and change valve, PLCcontrol system, ect. Adopt mechanical arm by pneumatic and PLC control technology, insteadof the traditional seeding apparatus, and realizing the pricise seeding of a seed for a hole, toimprove the breeding accuracy. Powered by walking tractor, to constitute drawing unit, todrive air compressor turning by power take-off. When the planter is working, land wheel getsthrough the chain drive to drive the camshaft turning, in order to realize the seed boxvibratting, Through the air compressor, all kinds of pneumatic components drive and theaction of PLC control system, to realize mechanization and automation of the productionprocess. Absorbing seeds and ranking seeds of the hill-drop planter is drived by pneumaticsystem, executive component is air cylinder and vacuum generator, the elongation andcontraction of air cylinder, and the open and close of vacuum generator is controlled bysolenoid directional valve. PLC control system through controlling all solenoid directionalvalves to realize order movementment of all the perform components, work reliablly,operation and maintenance conveniently. Pneumatic transmission has characteristics of fast,safe, reliable, inexpensive and realize automation easily, use compressed air to transmit thepower, less energy consumption and not pollute the environment, with economic, dexterity,reliable for the purpose, design the wheat hill-drop planter bassed on PLC controlled used forexperimental plot, can satisfy the need of breeding. The hill-drop planter has completed prototype manufacturing, and we make someprototype performance tests, including the sufficiency of absorbing seeds test in pneumaticsystem, the absorbing seeds performance under different diameter out notch test, theisotropism of flow in different airflow roads test, the bleeding uniformity, rebroadcast andleak broadcast in bleeding process test, debugging PLC control program test, etc. Testsshowed that the structure of the prototype is rational, and operation is convenient,flexibilityand stability are quite high. The technical indicators are in line with the design requirementsto meet the need of wheat bleeding.The wheat experimental plot hill-drop planter is the special seeder of new wheat productbleeding and different varieties contrast test. Compared with artificial seeding, useing thewheat experamental plot hill-drop planter to sow,seeding rate,seeding depth and inespacing,row spacing is uniformity, not injurying seeds and miscegenation, in favoue of theseedling quality; meanwhile relieve the labour intensity, and improve the accuracy of the test. |
