Pere David’s Deer who is a world of rare animal that need to be protectted origin in China, and it is full of legend story. It who is belongs to large herbivorous animal has adapted to live in the wetland, and that make it special in the Cervidae family. With the destruction of the ecological environment and the losses of the excellent gene, probability of Pere David’s Deer infect disease is more and more big, and massive outbreak reported many times, all of these give a great threat to the Pere David’s Deer protection. Samples of Pere David’s Deer are not readily available, morphological study about Pere David’s Deer are only found in the liver, adrenal glands and lower lip, currently. We observed many tissues and organs of Pere David’s Deer that is accidental death, for example rumen, reticulum, esophagus, omasum, abomasum, jejunum, cecum, colon, rectum, heart, liver, spleen, lymph node, lung, kidney, urinary bladder, testis, epididymis, spermatic duct, and then did histological description, and used99pictures to show the histological structure of Pere David’s Deer’s tissues and organs. Histological observation and histological description of these precious tissues and organs of Pere David’s Deer could provide a morphological basis for pathological diagnosis and other related scientific research, its sense is great.Stanniocalcin-1is a glycoprotein hormone. Homology of Stanniocalcin-1is very high in the known species of animal, and it is widely expressed in the highly vascularized tissues in which kidney has higher expression of Stanniocalcin-1. Stanniocalcin-1has a variety of functions, which acts on the kidneys can stimulate the reabsorption of phosphate. There are many animal’s kidneys get location of the Stanniocalcin-1. When we applied Strept Avidin-Biotin Complex that a enzyme immunohistochemical techniques to locate Stanniocalcin-1in the kidney of Pere David’s Deer, we obtained the following result:kidney capsule, the vessel wall of artery and vein, renal glomerulus, proximal convoluted tubule, distal convoluted tubule, proximal straight tubule, distal straight tubule, collecting duct, thin segment show different degrees of positive reaction. The results suggest that Stanniocalcin-1in the kidney of Pere David’s Deer may be expressed.
