The Research On The Method And Model Of Forest Assets Evaluation Of Daptation

The reform of collective forest right system drive the enthusiasm on forest farmers afforestationand forest resources transferring.It realize the forestry resource optimize configuration. In this back-ground, Forest assets evaluation provides the important guarantee of forest right circulation and forestright mortgage, and plays a positive role in it. However,the existing evaluation methods and models areunadaptable and time-consuming. This study will take forest right evaluation as research subject,exploring appropriate evaluation method and studing the corresponding evaluation model.1、We analysis and research several common patterns of the forest assets evaluation, such as thesubcompartment evaluation method, the ensemble average evaluation and all measured evaluationmethod. Among them, the subcompartment evaluation method is very convenient to obtained data andits precision is also suitable.so,we choose subcompartment data combination with the local social natureof economic indicators as the data source of the model.2、The study based on the requirements of forest assets assessment from forest right system reformin zhejiang province, puts forward a new forest right evaluation model. First, we calculate the totalvalue(includes the tree value and the forest land value) of sample plots by the use of traditionalevaluation method; Second, extraction and determine the related indexs which impact the total value bythe method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP); Finally, after a comprehensive consideration, weestablish the evaluation model respectively by Decision Tree and KStar algorithm which associate thequalitative and quantitative indexes with the assessed value,so as to build a forest assets evaluationmodel with regional characteristics.3、This study take the Bamboo grove assets evaluation in Longgong Town of Qingyuan County,Zhejiang Province as an example.The experimental results demonstrate that,the forecast precision ofthe two evaluation models are preferable, and the correlation coefficients of which are reached0.806and0.775. The two models can satisfy the requirements of the forest resources assets evaluation.The new idea and method for forest resources assets evaluation which is brought forward in thispaper enrich the forest resources assets appraisal system, promoting the forest right system reform aswell as the forest resources transferring.
