Coastal Protective Forest Construction Planning Research In Yueqing City

Yueqing City is located in the climate variable zone of sea-land alternating with frequent coastaldisaster climate. Annual typhoon and ensuing heavy rainfall brings great threat to people’s lives andproperty.On the basis of fully understanding of present situation of coastal shelter forest of Yueqing city,combined with theoretical ideas of coastal shelter forest planning and construction, based on specificproblems of coastal shelter forest construction, we do study on the planning and construction of coastalshelter forest of Yueqing city.The main results as follows:1. Analysis of Yueqing City, the existing coastal shelter-forest system existence some questions, inYueqing coastal protective forest construction should adhere to the appropriate tree, native species, theproper selection of foreign excellent tree species; in mixed type design, forest ecology theory as a guide,modelled on the zonal natural climax community composition and structure of tree species distribution.2.Selecting suitable species for Yueqing coastal forest construction. These plants according to thecharacter and adaptability to different degrees in the coastal protection forest species.In a word, by the study on the construction planning of coastal protection forest, some suggestionswere put forward on planning and construction of coastal protection forest. Hopping that these studyresults can play a role on the future construction of landscape shelterbelt in Yueqing.
