The purpose of this paper is to design a set, to meet the requirements of tobacco transplanting mechanism of transplanting from the research of transplanting machine. And compares with other types of tobacco transplanting mechanism, it has the following advantages:1Transplanting mechanism is simple, reasonable.2Includes tracks for different soil transplanting duckbill--three types of A, B, C duckbilled.3Three type duckbill is easily disassemble, convenient installation, according to different soil farmers can choose to install different duckbill.4Adjusting the installation position of planting device to achieve the duckbill frongt and rear opening and left and right opening.5Adjust the installation position of the opening mechanism of cam to regulate the tobacco seedling dropping seedling position.The main design idea and method for the route:to determine the duckbill height and duckbill top diameter, by measuring the transplanting seedling height and diameter and other physical parameters. Analysis of physical, mechanical characteristics of Hunan tobacco transplanting area’s three representative soil, to design three sets of duckbill. Do a contrast test with three duckbill respectively drilling in three types of soil. Use zero speed seedling principle to be theoretical foundation, get the transplanting dropping seedling point position and reverse roll each planting period duckbill opening point and starting point.Selecting of the cam tappet device as transplanting mechanism opening device. Control the duckbill opening, by the opening point and starting point to determine the shape of the cam and the installation position of tobacco transplanting mechanism. Establishing the virtual model, carries on the reasonable parameter of motion design, PROE mechanism dynamic simulation. Analysis of duckbill not at different time the position, velocity, acceleration of the duckbill. Transplanting of kinematic and dynamic analysis. Manufacturing transplanting mechanism, test bench, experimental design, test of transplanting seedling transplanting mechanism of qualified rate.Summary of tobacco transplanting mechanism design, manufacture and indoor experiment of transplanting, draw the following conclusions:the tobacco transplanting mechanism is developed in this paper. Through the analysis of zero velocity principle, concluded that the duckbill casts seedlings selecting between point B points and C. Drilling by A, B, C type duckbilled in clay, loam, sand, results showed:A type duckbill fits in the clay drilling, and type B duckbill fits in loam soil drilling, type C duckbill fits in sand drilling. Rotarying cam makes it along with the end of the threaded shaft doing feed motion as to adjust cam initial angle, and adjusts duckbill opening point (dropping seedling point) position. The biggest opening angle of the cam mechanism is α=25°, the push rod of vertical displacement is1.4cm. Select different duckbill opening way, duckbill type, transplanting speed, transplanting soil, make the single factor and multi factor orthogonal test shows:a type duckbilled in clay with the planting speed of1m/s, left-right opening mode, the adjustment of the CAM Angle for45°,then the transplanting quality meets efficiency and meet the agronomic requirements. The qualified rate of leakage rate, seedling standing rate conditions are in line with the ideal, after transplanting tobacco seedlings, plant spacing.
