And alfalfa genetic map construction is an important agronomic trait (QTLs) genetic characteristics and genetic linkage analysis of prerequisite conditionsGenetic map of alfalfa.16main agronomic characters (including fresh weight) were tested. The Quantitative Trait Loc (QTL) and gene effects of16characters were analyzed with Single-Marker QTL analysis (SM)The main results were as follow:1. The linkage map of alfalfa Included51RAPD markers. It covered1261.5cM, The average interval was24.73cM among the markers.2.15loci from51loci were significantly expressing the segregation ratio of3:1through X-square test. The fitness was29.4%and the deviation rate was70.6%.3.26QTLs related to the16agronomic characters. In detail, that is,5QTLs related to fresh weight of individual;1QTLs related to dry weight of individual;1QTLs related to height;1QTLs related to height;2QTLs related to the number of branches;1QTLs related to width;6QTLs related to cold resistance.3QTLs related to protein;1QTLs related to Ash;1QTLs related to suga;3QTLs related to P;1QTLs related to Ca. The loci were located on8Linkage populations separately. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Alfalfa, Genetic Map, QTL, RAPD, Agronomic Character | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
