By researching the dynamicresearch of the remain in apple leaves and clover after spraying chlorpyrifos and Effect ofdifferent proportional leaves powder of apple tree and clover in diet on growth of mice, asystematic evaluation for leaves is given,it is theoretical basis for practical production.1.The dynamic research of the remain in apple leaves and clover after sprayingchlorpyrifosThe apple leaves and the clover was cut out500g respectively as one sample at onceafter spraying chlorpyrifos,every group repeating three times.It was repeated on1,3,5,6,14,21days.The samples were analyzed by the method of gas chromatography (GC).We found thatunder the nomal concentration the chlorpyrifos’ half-life period of the apple leaves is1.8d,andthe clover is2.2d;under2times concentration the apple leaves is1.8d,and the clover is3.4d;inthe different times after spraying,the remain of CK is changing around0.5mg/kg.In the samecondition,the remains in the apple leaves is lower than that in clover,nomal concentration islower than that2times.The remain in the trail sample is higher than that the China and EU’sMRL at the21d,as food of animal it may be dangerous.2.Effect of different proportional leaves powder of apple tree and clover in diet ongrowth of mice36of21day-old health mice with similar size and health were selected and divided intonine treatment groups and each group4according to the matching principle to evaluate safevalue of leaves of apple tree and clover. Processing1(CK) is foundation of diet；2（CK1)was added10%leaves powder of apple tree which replace10%soybean meal，processing3（CK2) was added20%which10%soybean meal and10%bran； treating4(CK3) and5（CK5）similar CK2and CK3but apple replaced by clover.TP1、TP2、TP3and TP4similarto CK2to CK5，but difference is the leaves sprayed.Experimental results show that the micedaily physiological behavior, weight and blood and so on among various treatments, there is a certain difference in mice, but well health. The powder of Apple tree and clover can usesafely by10%and20%of quantities.
