The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-oxidative function of rice barn after processing by different common methods, and to explore the effect of rice barn-based diets (extrusion rice barn with better stability partly replacing corn or adding phytase and xylanase) on the growth performance, nutrient digestibility and carcass characteristic in Cyan-Shank Partridge Chickens. The thesis included two parts. In the first part, a stability experiment was designed to study the changes of FFA in rice barn after5weeks’preserving under different treatments, which including extrusion, baking, microwave and acidulating. In the second feeding experiment part, seven hundred Cyan-Shank Partridge Chickens were chosen and divided into two stages of7-21d and22-56d, the birds in each stage was divided into7groups of5replicates with10each. Birds of different groups were given different diets as follows: corn-based diet was given in the control group,, extrusion rice barn replacing15%corn in experimental group Ⅰ,extrusion rice barn replacing15%corn+1000mg/kg xylanase+1000mg/kg phytase in experimental group Ⅱ, extrusion rice barn replacing30%corn in experimental groupIII, extrusion rice barn replacing30%corn+1000mg/kg xylanase+1000mg/kg phytase in experimental group IV,extrusion rice barn replacing45%corn in experimental group V,extrusion rice barn replacing45%corn1000mg/kg xylanase+1000mg/kg phytase in experimental group VI.The results of first part showed that:after5weeks’storage, the FFA of rice bran was increased by82.92%(extrusion),121.00%(baking),211.51%(microwave) and401.90%(acidulating) respectively compared with which in fresh rice bran. It indicated that the extrusion method had the better effect on the stability of rice bran during storage. In the second feeding trial, the results showed that during7-21day-old, comparing with the control, birds in group I did not show significant difference on growth performance and nutrients fat digestibility (P>0.05) but phytate phosphorus came up to extremely significant level(P <0.01). Similarly, the birds fed with the15%or45%rice barn-based diets supplementing1000mg/kg xylanase and1000mg/kg phytase had higher growth performance and nutrient digestibility of crude protein (P<0.05), while had significantly calcium and phosphorus (P<0.01). However, the growth performance of birds in groups of extrusion rice barn replacing30%corn or45%corn were extremely decreased (P<0.01). During22-56day-old, the diets of experimental group Ⅰ did not show any effect on growth performance of Cyan-Shank Partridge Chickens, but the index of hepatic、pancreas and small intestine was significantly improved (P<0.05). The growth performance of birds in groups of extrusion rice barn replacing30%corn or45%corn were extremely decreased (P<0.01). The birds fed with the30%or45%rice barn-based diets supplementing1000mg/kg xylanase and1000mg/kg phytase had no effect on growth performance, while the index of hepatic was significantly increased and the index of pancreas was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The birds fed with15%rice bran-based diets significantly increased abdominal fat rate(P<0.01), but adding1000mg/kg xylanase+1000mg/kg phytase did not show any better influence on slaughter performance (P>0.05)...
