| The vitro trial was condueted to measure the levels of pentosan content of5wheat on the Shandong market,after germination and add the appropriate pentosanase level. The results showed that:total pentosan of five wheat contained in the content ranges from5.23%~8.29%, an average of7.04%; range of water-soluble pentosan content was0.49%-1.34%, with an average of0.89%; it contains water-soluble pentosan pentosan content of their proportion of the total range of9.23%~16.16%, an average of12.38%. This fully shows that the Shandong wheat varieties on the market between the major TP, water-soluble and water soluble pentosan pentosan pentosan content of the proportion of the total were significantly different.Germination have an impact on the total pentosan content of wheat grain which can reduce the total pentosan0.14%~0.95%, decline in the range of2.68%~11.46%. Germination of wheat grain have a significant impact on its water-soluble pentosan content, wheat grain germination can cause the water-soluble pentosan content0.94%~1.55%increase, and increase the range rate104.76%~191.84%, wheat after germination which contains the water-soluble pentosan content of wheat grain up to the normal water-soluble pentosan content contained nearly2times more, the difference was significant (P <0.01).The degradation rate of total pentosan was6.29%when enzyme level is500U/kg;1000U/kg the degradation rate increased to10.34%;2000U/kg degradation rate continues to rise to26.49%;3000U/kg the degradation rate reached36.71%;4000U/kg the maximum degradation rate was38.92%; when pentosan enzyme levels continued to rise to5000,6000U/kg,the degradation rate of the total pentosan not continue to rise.Pentosanase significantly affected on the water-soluble pentosan content, the water-soluble pentosan of the vitro enzymatic treatment groups were significantly increased compared with the seed (P<0.05), expressed as the degradation rate was negative; but all pentosanase group contained water-soluble pentosan were significantly lower (P<0.05), and in500to3000U/kg range, with the level of enzyme pentosan has been rapid increase in water-soluble reduced. The degradation of water-soluble pentosan not only to continue a substantial increase, but there was a small decline. Therefore, when adding pentosanase level reaches a certain height, then raise the level of enzyme, the degree of degradation of total pentosan and water-soluble pentosan was no further improvement effect.Compared with the corn-soybean meal diet, the negative control group average daily gain5.08%lower, feed conversion ratio increased7.42%, the survival rate decreased4.66%(P<0.05); front intestinal chyme viscosity increased11.18%, back chyme viscosity increased10.19%(P<0.05); protein digestibility decreased5.64%(P<0.05). Test group average daily gain, feed conversion ratio, daily feed intake and the survival rate was no significant difference (P>0.05); front intestinal chyme viscosity increased2.63%, back chyme viscosity decreased0.64%(P>0.05); significant difference between metabolic energy, increased2.86%(P<0.05); unit weight reduce feed costs0.56yuan/kg. Compared with the negative control group, experimental group increased daily gain of7.58%, a decline of9.82%feed, the survival rate increased6.66%(P<0.05); intestinal digesta viscosity decreased7.69%front, rear section of small intestine chyme viscosity decreased9.83%(P<0.05); significant difference between metabolic energy, increased3.49%(P<0.05), significant differences in protein digestibility, increased7.39%(P<0.05). Germinated wheat instead of corn of broiler diets had significant adverse effects in weight gain, feed conversion efficiency and health status, by adding pentosanase eliminate its adverse effects, improved broiler weight gain and feed conversion efficiency, improve the health status of broilers to meet or exceed the corn-soybean meal diet feeding effect. |
