In this research, some biological and agricultural materials were chosen, such as ricehusk, chicken manure, fermented crop stalks and clinker, to be the substrates of strawberrycultivation in greenhouse.The growth, yield, quality, nutrition absorption and distribution of strawberry werestudied and the physicochemical property of substrates, the pattern of nutrition absorption anddistribution during different growth periods were analyzed, in order to select soilless culturemedium suitable for greenhouse strawberry plant, exploring local, simple, low cost and highyield of soilless culture. The three substrate compounds are as follows:Ⅰ(rice husk: chickenmanure: fermented crop stalks: clinker=4:3:2:1);Ⅱ(rice husk: chicken manure: fermentedcrop stalks: clinker=3:4:2:1);Ⅲ(rice husk: chicken manure: fermented crop stalks:clinker=3:3:2:2).The main research results are as follows:(1) The physicochemical properties of ecological organic substrates were in the normalgrowth of strawberry range before setting. In strawberry growth periods, the physicochemicalproperties were suitable for normal growth of strawberry.(2) According to the strawberry growth, the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, leafpetiole length, petiole thick of Ⅰwere higher than those of the other treatment, the growthcondition of Ⅰ is superior to the other, Ⅲ was the second.(3) Based on the determination of physiological index of the strawberry: Pn、Tr and Gs、of Ⅰwere higher than other treatments, and significant differences between them were found.And there was no obvious difference between the other treatments about Ci and the content ofchlorophyll. The root activity of the treatment Ⅰwere the highest, and there was nosignificant difference between the treatment Ⅰand Ⅱ.(4) It had a great influence on Yield and quality of strawberry fruit of different substrates.The treatment Ⅰhad the best fruit quality and the highest total yield.In summary, treatment Ⅰ was the best substrate, which could be used as organic culturesubstrate.
