In this paper some kinds of extracts were produced in the way of cold-soaked process and traditional water-decoetum from Salsola passerina Bunge, Cynanchum komarovii AL.Iljinski and Helianthemum ordosicum endemic to China.Different concentrations of6extracts were made to examine their bioactivities on Laphygma exigua and pieris rapae in inhibiting oviposition effects, the ovicidal action, contact toxicity, stomach poison activity and antifeedant effects. The results are as follows:1.Different concentrations of6extracts of S.Passerina showed evident antifeedant effects and inhibiting oviposition effects on L.exigua. when the concentration of the acetone extract, ethanol extract and methanol extract was200g·L-1,the antifeedant rate on L.exigua in choice tests was100%in48hours; when the concentration of the ether acetate extract was200g·L-1, the oviposition deterrent rate in choice tests was96.53%in24hours. All kind of extracts had no evident activity on contact toxic action and eggs hatch rate of L.exigua, had no stomach poison activity.Different concentrations of6extracts of S.Passerina showed evident antifeedant effects and inhibiting oviposition effects in choice tests on pieris rapae. when the concentration of the acetone extract was200g·L-1, the oviposition deterrent rate was90.05%in24hours. All6kind of extracts had evident effects of antifeedant on pieris rapae, especially, the antifeedant rate of methanol extract and acetone extract in choice tests, with a concentration of200g·L-1,were100%in24hours;The result also showed that all the samples had a certain ovicidal action, but the function decreased as time increased and concentration decreased; All kind of extracts had no evident activity on contact toxic action and stomach poison activity.2. Different concentrations of6extracts of Cynanchum komarovii showed evident inhibiting oviposition effects and antifeedant effects on L.exigua. when the concentration of the ether acetate extract was30g·L-1, the oviposition deterrent rate in choice tests was97.86%in24hours; The ether acetate extract showed the highest antifeedant activity, when the concentration was30g·L-1, the rates in choice tests was 91.68%and the antifeedant rates in non-choice tests was89.79%in24hours; The acetone extract showed the highest ovicidal activity, when the concentration was30g·L-1,the hatching rate was17.77%, the water extract showed weaker ovicidal activity; At different concentrations water and methanol extract showed some contact toxicity on the3rd larvae of L.exigua, while the other4kind of extracts had no evident contact poison activity. Different concentrations of6extracts of Cynanchum komarovii had no evident stomach poison activity. In different concentrations of6extracts of Cynanchum komarovii, the ether acetate extract and acetone extract had evident inhibiting oviposition effects on pieris rapae.All6kind of extracts, acetone extract had the highest antifeedant activity. The acetone extract showed the highest ovicidal activity, when the concentration was30g·L-1,the hatching rate was16.67%, the methylene dichloride extract showed weaker ovicidal activity. The contact toxicity of different concentrations of6extracts on the3rd larvae of L.exigua was different, especially the water extract showed evident contact toxicity activity; when the concentration of the methanol extract was30g·L-1, the corrected mortality rate was51.11%in48hours,while the other5kinds of extract had no evident stomach poison activity.3. Different concentrations of6extracts of Helianthemum ordosicum showed evident inhibiting oviposition effects on L.exigua. When the ether acetate extract concentration was200g·L-1, the oviposition deterrent rates in choice tests and non-choice tests were100%in24hours; The acetone extract and water extract showed the evident ovicidal activity, when the concentration was200g·L-1,the hatching rate were4.44%and5.56%in24hours; Different concentrations of6extracts of Helianthemum ordosicum had no evident stomach poison activity on the3rd larvae of L.exigua.
