| In this paper, the tested materials of Cynanchumkomarovii and Salsola passerine and Helianthemum ordosicum were gathered from western ordos. Different concentration of5kinds of crude extractions from them were used to test the bioassay of action on Hyphantria cunea.The results are as follows:1. Different concentration of5kinds of crude extractions (water extraction, methanol extraction, ethanol extraction, acetone extraction and ethyl acetate extraction) from Cynanchum komarovii were tested for the bioassay of action on Hyphantria cunea.The results were showed that,(1)different concentration of acetone extraction and ethyl acetate extraction were showed dominant activity on eggs hatch rate of Hyphantria cunea,vihen the concentration of acetone extraction and ethyl acetate extraction were30g/L,the death rate of eggs were89.33%and79.33%;(2)dense concentration of water extraction and methanol extraction have dominant contact poison activity on the3rd larvae of Hyphantria cunea, when the concentration of them were30g/L, the death rate were70.00%and68.33%after48h treatment;(3)except water extraction, other extractions had no evident stomach poison activity;(4)5kinds of extractions showed dominant antifeedant effects, the activity of the ethyl acetate extraction was best, when the concentration was30g/L, the antifeedant rate was100.00%after24h treatment in choice test;(5)5kinds of extractions showed dominant effects of inhibiting oviposition, the activity of the ethyl acetate extraction was best, when the concentration was30g/L,the oviposition deterrent rate was85.50%after24h treatment in choice test.2. Different concentration of5kinds of crude extractions(water extraction, methanol extraction, ethanol extraction, acetone extraction and ethyl acetate extraction) from Salsola passerine were tested for the bioassay of action on Hyphantria cunea. The results were showed that,(1)different concentration of methanol extraction and acetone extraction were showed dominant activity on eggs hatch rate of Hyphantria cunea, when the concentration of them were200g/L, the death rate of eggs were93.00%and91.33%;(2) different concentration of methanol. extraction and water extraction have some contact poison activity on the3rd larvae of Hyphantria cunea, when the concentration of them were200g/L, the death rate were55.00%and53.33%after48h treatment;(3)5kinds of extractions had no stomach poison activity;(4)5kinds of extractions showed some effects of inhibiting growth, the activity of the acetone extraction was best, when the concentration was200g/L, the growth deterrent rate was100.00%3days later;(5)dense concentration of5kinds of extractions showed dominant antifeedant effects, except water extraction, when the concentration was200g/L, the antifeedant rate were100.00%after48h treatment in choice test;(6)dense concentration of5kinds of extractions showed dominant effects of inhibiting oviposition,the activity of acetone extraction and ethyl acetate extraction were better, when the concentration was200g/L, the oviposition deterrent rate were100.00%after24h treatment in choice test.3.Different concentration of5kinds of crude extractions(water extraction, methanol extraction, ethanol extraction, acetone extraction and ethyl acetate extraction) from Helianthemum ordosicumwere tested for the bioassay of action on Hyphantria cunea.The results were showed that,(1)different concentration of methanol extraction and ethanol extraction and ethyl acetone extraction were showed dominant activity on eggs hatch rate of Hyphantria cunea, when the concentration of them were200g/L, the death rate of eggs were92.00%and90.00%and90.00%;(2)only200g/L water extraction have some contact poison activity on the3rd larvae of Hyphantria cunea, the death rate were58.33%after48h treatment;(3)5kinds of extractions had no evident stomach poison activity;(4)dense concentration of5kinds of extractions showed dominant antifeedant effects, the activity of acetate extraction and ethyl acetate extraction were better, when the concentration was200g/L, the antifeedant rate were100.00%after24h treatment in choice test;(5)dense concentration of5kinds of extractions showed dominant effects of inhibiting oviposition,the activity of ethyl acetate extraction was best, when the concentration was200g/L, the oviposition deterrent rate was100.00%after24h treatment in choice test. |
